This place is impressive and I'm not easily impressed. The doc my daughter Rachel sees is an exceptional man and doctor. He couldn't be more informative and accommodating. I can always get an appointment and they are never never rude or lazy which seems to be the norm nowadays, sadly. Kudos to you guys at N.O.! I have been with Newman Orthodontics for about 15 months. I got my braces off today and could not be more happy with how it came out. Dr. Newman and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. My daughter had braces installed & removed several years ago when she was in middle school. Always loved the staff and convenience. We recently returned because her permanent retainer broke. The front desk was a little disorganized, I followed the directions to text when I arrived, no response. I called to make sure they knew we were outside, that’s when the young lady arrived us and told us to wait few minutes outside. Multiple people were walking in , being dropped off. I know they didn’t follow the rules. So I just went in with my daughter. I am temporarily disabled due to knee issue, using

The doctor and staff were very pleasant. They were very informative. But the woman that handles the financial aspects of the business is deceptive and almost I would like to say fraud is being committed there. She billed my insurance numerous times for procedures I had never had done. This is the only reason I chose to choose and another with a dontist.

Newman orthodontics have helped me tremendously! When I first came here my teeth had a overbite and were extremely spaced out, now they are looking better than ever. Dr. Newman’s office is so professional and staff are so sweet and caring. My daughter was so nervous about getting her pallet expander. The staff were so gentle and understanding. Although very friendly, I have to agree with prior comments regarding fraud. I was recommended to Dr. Newman by my child's dentist. When I was at in the office, it felt like being at a car dealership. The lady that worked with me seemed very nice, but very persistent. The person let me know that I had to pay a fee for "records". I feel that they are your records and unless you ask for them to take them elsewhere, you should not be charged for them. Isn't it enough with all you're going to have to pay for the treatment? Dr. Newman's office is great. I first came in for Invisalign but after consultation he determined they were not the best route for treatment. As such I walked out with ceramic braces the same day and have not looked back. I see Dr. Newman every visit before my adjustment. I am seen at the time of my appointment and am not kept waiting (which is key as I come during the workday). All the assistants are nice and mindful of my sensitive teeth. They also take the time to answer all my questions (as there are many).
I am 75% done with my treatment and am very pleased. I highly recommend
