Dr. Jill Schechter was born and raised in Queens, NY where she graduated from Townsend Harris High School. She went on to study at Cornell University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development, as well as completing a minor in Education. She continued her studies at Stony Brook University, where she simultaneously earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery and her Masters in Public Health.

If you have any questions about payment or financing, please ask us as we offer a variety of payment options.
At your first visit, Dr. Sherman will review your medical and dental history. He will then complete a comprehensive oral examination to determine your orthodontic needs. Treatment will be needed, but the timing is such that it should be delayed until appropriate growth, tooth eruption or other factors are most ideal.
