First time here and it has a weird side entrance. Waited for a table and there was no line oh well. Sat at table (booths too high and wobbles from other patrons moving w a table awkwardly low) for a while after an unfriendly hostess gave my partner and I one plate and 2 sets of silverware. Cold bread arrived after the wine and we had salad yay. But my partner waited a few more minutes for a plate lol. Rough start but entrees were nice. Cheap wines were way overpriced and the decor isn't very attractive-looks like a studio apt with stereotypical Italian 'art'. Also may I suggest setting

Found hair in bread twice, mixed drinks come in a can, they did try to make it right but very unsatisfied.

The portion sizes are huge. Pizza is cooked in a wood fired oven. Salad great. My 11 year old couldn't finish her meal it was so big, and that was from the kids meal. Imagine olive garden style mixed with a high quality personal chef situation. I can't say enough. Prices are really a good value.

Ordered the Spitini Fettuccini and it was terrible. Meat quality is horrible. The worst way of preparing meat is to fry it. Alfredo sauce was very greasy. Definitely not a quality food place. The only thing I liked there is the Lambrusco otherwise I’ll give them just one star.

Absolutely GREAT place to go! Husband and I were on a day date and this restaurant was amazing! First we walked in and the person who sat us found out it was our first time there, told our server and we got a free salad. Then our server was extremely sweet, cute and most of all attentive to our needs. Outstanding service! The food was good. I didn't like the Alfredo, the taste was an aquired one. The server told me what was in it that I probably don't like. The bread and garlic butter were out of this world. All in all Absolutely loved this restaurant and will be going back!

If you are into sweet tasting Italian food this place might be for you. Fresh bread to start although it was cooled by the time we got plates and silverware. Nice salad. Entrees were overly sweet. Sweet tomato sauce,sweet ricotta, overall way to sugary tasting. Didn't enjoy. Pleasent and kind wait staff manager looked clueless

Fantastic dinner! Started the meal with some fresh bread and herbed garlic butter, followed by the 3 meatball appetizer, and finished with the sausage skewer with fettuccine alfredo. Great atmosphere, great waitstaff, and great experience! Stop in and give them a shot. They've been around since 1931 for many many reasons!

We have a gathering of family & friends for my granddaughters baptism for 20+ people that went off without a hitch. We had 4 to 5 waitstaff that were excellent, they brought out the salads followed by the pasta, meatballs, chicken & potatoes and everyone was served at the same time.
Cudos the waitresses who took care of the party they did an excellent job, buy the way the food was fantastic & we will be back.

WOW! I haven't been to such am amazing restaurant since I left Chicago. Staff was incredible, owner and his son showed my daughter the brick ovens, house wine was best I have had. Food was hands down INCREDIBLE!
New favorite place- be there every week from now on!

1st time here. Stopped on way home from motorcycle trip up north with a buddy. Excellent service from our server, Danielle, excellent food, we both had the meat ravioli with cheese baked on top..the sauce is fantastic. Bread and special garlic butter unreal, plus the Lunch special had a great price also. What a great meal.

This was was first experience with this restaurant and I loved it. We had a take out order of spaghetti and lasagna and it was great! The sauce is sweet and the bread was soft and delicious. It appeared very clean inside and my order was ready when I walked in! We will return! Interested in trying new items!

So good! We went here for the first time and were super impressed. Super yummy sauces for their bread. I got chicken parmigiana and it was very good, crispy and good flavor and a side of Alfredo pasta also very yummy. My wife got a calzone and said she loved it and loved their ranch. We live an hour away and are highly considering driving out here for occasional date nights because it was that good and friendly.

Amazing food, I ordered quite a bit and every item was one of the best food I've had in years. I'm a foodie so that is saying something. Before I hated cannoli's, but now I love them (at least from this place). The meatballs in their sweet sauce was well worth the trip by itself. Asked the server what he recommended and ordered it all lol. The pizza as an appetizer, yes yes yes. Of all the restaurants in the city, this is by far my favorite now.

I understand COVID. I never order takeout, but that is the only option. Was hoping to get the Two for Tuesday deal. But Nooooooo. They do that for dine-in only. Well, you don't have dine-in right now. I would have thought they could extend the offer to takeout but they don't. You didn't get my order. Do you want the business or not???

Come here frequently and the food is great. However, they need to make big improvements in their pandemic take out service. Simply Take peoples cell numbers and text them when their food is ready instead of people outside waiting in the cold for their name to be called. Also a chalk board by the entrance with orders that are ready would be a low tech way to do it

Service is very pleasant with a smile. Switched the eggplant sauce to marina very good and the spaghetti w/palomino sauce. Glad we made a good dinner stop before heading back to New Baltimore MI. I always do 4 stars only because people have different tastebuds.

If you want awesome food, great service at reasonable prices, this is the place.
The original meat sauce is to die for and they sell quarts to go!

Love this little Italian restaurant. Very authentic and delicious food. The lasagna is by far my favorite meal here. The marinara sauce is a family recipe and absolutely delicious. The alfredo and even the ribs are fantastic. I can't say enough for this restaurant except to hurry up and go!

I love this place and have to eat here whenever I visit Michigan. I can never get enough of their bread and creamy butter. It is practically addictive! The variety on their menu is outstanding. There will be something for everyone. The salads here are consistently fresh and always crisp. The salad dressing appears to be home made and all of them are delicious. French and Italian were my favorite. I really enjoyed the pizza and thought the pork ribs were decent.

What keeps me coming back is the wonderful friendly customer service. Smiles and courtesy go a long way with me. The manager

We were so disappointed. Husbands eggplant parmesan was not editable. Tasted like cardboard and tried to cover it up with two tons of cheese. The lasagna was meat with a little amount of noodle and pretty sure the raviolis were just reheated from Gordon's. I have never written a review before but I've also never been this disappointed in my food.

We used to go here quite often as I live in Davison and it's convenient but I think they changed owners or something happened because everything is ridiculously bland and awful the last three times We went! I'm not going back. I use to LOVE the lasagna BUT NOW it's like some frozen food that was heated up. I will drive all the way down to Oxford just to get it now which I have done twice for family gatherings an continue to make the drive. I will not be back to the Davison location ever.

Subpar service and food. Prices don't equal quality. Will not return. Bread was good. Butter was great. They offer some gluten free options. For 3 bucks more. Ridiculous.

Waiter didn't even clear salad plates without me asking him to do so.

This place got me through a hard pregnancy. I think i ordered takeouts from here everyday. I am celiac which means gluten free and they have always been reliable in that. My favorite is the gf spaghetti, italian sausage with tomatoe sauce and baked cheese. I have also gotten with and without chicken the garlic and oil pasta. Both are good. Seperate gluten free menu. The only thing i wouldnt trust on is the bbq sauce. Somethings not right with that and if you are celiac you will react to it. Tastes great, but its not entirely gf or somethung is off on handling with it, but otherwise the gf menu

I've been eating at Italia Gardens for my entire life (35+ years) and it is and has always been the best italian food around. Homemade bread welcomes you to your table, followed by the salad which comes with the most amazing italian salad dressing known to mankind, and lastly the main course. I always order some type of pasta and what separates Italia Gardens over EVERY other italian restaurant around is their sauce. Its a sweet tomato sauce and it is so good I could drink it by the quart! Just typing this review has my mouth salivating for more!

VERY disappointed with the lasagna. Their lasagna use to come in a lasagna dish, distinguishable layers and a sweet flavor and was the only thing I ordered here. It no longer has that sweet taste. When it arrived at my table it was a widespread mass of greasy cheese covering a large plate with a little bump inside which resembled something that could have been lasagna at one time. The flavor was off and the presentation was terrible.

Had to give this play after many years of not being interested. I never liked their sauce so I stayed away, but I read online that they now had an new arabbiata sauce ( clueless how to spell that word )The sausage pasta dinner I ordered was good and there was a large enough portion to serve for my lunch the next day as well Neither my wife or I liked the Italian dressing for our salad and the bread that everyone else online had raved about we found to be only okay..... My lovely wife once again ordered salmon I do believe she is on a mission to find the absolute best in all of Michigan ...
