Dr. Hogge is committed to treating all patients with the honesty and respect that they deserve. He is a native of Arizona, where he attended Arizona State University and received a dual degree in Business and Spanish. He went on to complete his Doctorate of Dental Science degree at New York University-College of Dentistry.
100% sure I'd recommend this office! Fast and caring service with a smile from each person. I was able to book next day appointment and was called back with no wait time upon my arrival. They pulled my tooth PERFECTLY and the staff acted professional at all times. The office and patient room were warm and comfortable as well.
A composite (tooth colored) filling is used to repair a tooth that is affected by decay, cracks, fractures, etc. The decayed or affected portion of the tooth will be removed and then filled with a composite filling. You and your dentist will discuss the best options for your particular case. The "traditional bridge" is the most popular type and is usually made of porcelain fused to metal.

We lived in Leander years ago and my 2 oldest children visited Dr Hogge for routine visits and braces. We moved to Austin so switched dentists to find a closer one. Dr Hogge is worth any drive! We have since returned to Leander Smiles. Katie, at the desk is the most friendly, welcoming person you will meet. She makes you feel like an old friend with every visit and even phone call. Dr Hogge never appears rushed and he is friendly and informative. They are flexible with payments when needed. Won't go anywhere else again.

The first time I went the service was so friendly and helpful! When they suggested a root canal they referred me to another great specialist! I was more than happy to come back for the cap. Unfortunately my schedule made it hard for me. But brit and Dr.hogge helped me out and we managed to get it done! I plan on only using this practice. Their staff is understanding, quick, knowledgeable and all around a fantastic office. You wont be disappointed!

The staff was incredibly nice on the phone and listened to me ramble about the pain I was in, the circumstances going on with staying at the hospital at night with my dad, and even saw me as a walk in that morning.
When I saw the dentist it was like your buddy was sitting down with you and giving you an update on what was going on with your tooth. It was a very relaxed conversation.
He tried to relieve my pain until I have a chance to get a dental implant and gave me two referrals for periodontists to choose from.
I absolutely love this office and will continue to use them in the future.

I went in for a trouble tooth and have never been so impressed by a dental office. Everyone was extremely warm and caring in the staff. I was in alot of pain and they worked me into their schedule very quickly. I had previously been told a week prior that I would need an oral surgeon to remove this too , however Dr. Hogg was able to remove it no problems and no drama. I couldn't believe I was leaving a dentist office not feeling as though I had just been taken for a ride like so many other places that overcharge. They were fair , caring and competent and I have finally found a dentist I trust

My girls saw Dr. Hogge a few years ago when we lived in Leander. Everything went great. The girls had a few fillings in the office at the ages of 7 and 8 with no issues. When we moved to Cedar Park we tried another dentist a bit closer, and in just one year he told me they needed 7 fillings between the two of them and would have to go somewhere else and be put under anesthesia. That seemed outrageous to me over the course of one year. Things just didnt feel right, so i returned to Dr. Hogge and he informed us they only needed 3 fillings between the two and he did them in the office with local anesthetic

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Hogge since we moved to the area a couple years ago. In that time, both of us have had non-routine dental needs. I have needed a couple root canals and crowns, and my wife has had a more complicated issue that has impacted her since childhood. We went here as a family and all new patients. We had an amazing experience. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. We were able to get an appointment quickly and Dr. Hogge was so awesome. This was my two year old's very first visit, and with everything in the news about child dentistry, I was a little nervous, but Dr. Hogge was super friendly with her and she just loved him.

I want to start this out by saying my 5 year old is the one who actually sees this dentist, and I am still giving them 5 stars even though I rarely think anything is good enough for my son. The staff is very friendly, especially the male dental assistant, I WISH I knew his name so I could give him a major shout out! My 5 year old hyper active child is all giggles through out his entire visit, cleaning and flossing and even x-Rays! That is no easy task. I have been going to Dr. Hogge for several years now. I have major dental anxiety and need a dentist that will provide me with Nitrous in order to get me in the door. His office has it available and I've been pleased with their service and care. They know that when I'm on the schedule to have the nitrous ready for me. I would recommend Dr. Hogge to anyone looking for a dentist.

I just have to share my experience with this dentist. He is absolutely the best. He works with your budget and plans treatment according to it. He helped me today when he didn't have to and I really appreciate and respect him for that. I find most dentist to be all about the money but not Dr. Robert Hogge. I think the best compliment I can give him is that I can tell he loves his job:) Yes I would recommend him to everyone.
