I was involved in a pile up accident on US-31 earlier today. Many cars were involved. Ramos staff were very compassionate and caring. Quick vehicle recovery. They provided a quick estimate (allowing me to be able to make a quick decision on how I wished to proceed). They also gave me $50 off storage and towing. Thank you guys so much for everything.

Ended up with a $435 towing bill. $175 for ‘priority response’. An extra $150 because it was raining. $50 for cleanup. And a $60 admin fee. This was a three car accident and my son was not at fault. So my assumption is that they charged $50 per car claim for cleanup. It wouldn’t be the sole responsibility of the driver not at fault. So $150 to sweep up any debris. Very little debris to clean up for $150 extra. They brought my black car in and recorded it as silver so every time I called they couldn’t find it in their computer. They never changed it when I told them it was wrong. So I called

Had a job for the auto body on my '06 Honda Element. Scheduled for 17.6 hours stretched out to 3 weeks. They blamed the parts not getting to them on time, I paid a month and a half before I sent my vehicle in. They never ordered my fog lights I asked in that month. Take your vehicle to a professional not this place. Held my vehicle for 3 weeks and couldn't deliver.

I brought my Jeep in for some body work after a minor accident and this company was awesome! Not only did they give me a loaner to use for the week they had my car, but when I got my car back with all the repairs done , they cleaned both the outside and inside of my car. I would recommend them to anyone who needs body work done!

My angers and worries were soothed by Dave and his crew @ Ramos. I wrecked my front bumper at a car wash on my Nissan 370Z. He offered heated storage for the season and fixed the bumper in under a week for such a fair price. The new bumper is flawless and better than factory. Thank you Team @ Ramos!! I will be returning.
