Below is some information that YOU as the consumer need to be aware of when you file a claim with your insurance company. Our facility has been recently expanded to provide over 15,000 square feet of working space for our auto-body technicians. A new customer waiting room has also been recently added as well as a new fully computerized office space for our estimating and management team. We also have a newly paved parking lot and entrance from Apple Avenue for our clients as well as a highly secured storage/towing facility now on site.
An informed consumer will be better able to know how the repair process is progressing at all stages and will also be better prepared atunderstanding the process between the insurance company and the collision repair facility. This certificate assures the repairs to which you and Precision Collision have agreed to on the repair order have been completed. We guarantee the work performed at Precision Collision so long as the said vehicle shall remain under present ownership. Items on the repair order, such as Sublet Work or Sublet Labor, are subject to the guarantee of those suppliers.

Neil and the whole staff at Precision are on a whole different level of customer satisfaction. I want to thank them for doing a very meticulous job and taking the time on the details. I understand why they stay busy. Would not trust another shop to satisfy my hard to please expectations. Plus, it's always nice to be greated with a friendly smile no matter what they have going on.

Neal and his team are awesome to work with. They provide a great level of professionalism and attention to detail. I have used Precision Collision for my BMW and my Ford on separate occasions. The BMW needed just the roof and trunk painted and my Focus RS had a full body respray. Both vehicles are black and if anyone knows black it can and will show just about anything. Each vehicle was flawless and the attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. During each process I received photos of the vehicles and was kept up to date with how each vehicle was coming along. I will highly recommend Neal

Brought our car there 3 times within the last year and have brought other cars there as far back as 2007. The most recent repair, there was a dispute about insurance payments (over $50 which we had already paid and insurance would not reimburse believing the shop had double-billed), and they refused to reasonably work with us and facilitate resolution with the insurance company. We gave up trying to get the $50 back and wrote a letter expressing our concerns to the shop and received no response. After we spent thousands of dollars there in the last year and have referred many people to the shop

A branch fell on my car. I know that my car is mechanically sound and I did not want to purchase another car either new or used. Due to the amount of mileage and the age of the car they totaled it. Precision Collision did a great job repairing the car roof and windshield. I highly recommend them. Next week I get to work with DMV to figure out how to get a rebuilt title for this vehicle. Thank you Precision Collision if I ever need your services again, I will not hesitate in reaching out to you.

I've taken two Infinitis, a Mercury Sable, and even a Saturn to Neal. Every job is done in the finest manner. There are no shortcuts, ever. Any car I look at as a potential purchase gets run by him first. He repairs the cars at or above factory specs, and it gets done right the first time. After I leave a car with him I don't have to worry about it. It will come back to me ready for the track.

I was immediately impressed with this body shop when the owner was willing to stay a bit later in order to give me an estimate on the repair. It was the first body shop in the area I had ever been to, and now it is going to be the last. I loved that the owner talked to me directly, and was so engaged with what was going on in his shop. He was extremely detail oriented, explaining to me why the paint color matters so much. I didn't even bother getting an estimate anywhere else because of how comfortable I felt using him. I felt like my car was in good, honest hands, and it was. He was very willing
