I cannot say enough good things about Burns builders and Burns heat and air. They installed a 2 ton split unit (outdoor/indoor unit) with duct work in the newly remodeled section of my home. In addition to this installation, they upgraded my electric panel. Other HVAC installers estimated that I would need a 1.5 ton unit. But Burns insisted that a 2 ton would be perfect for the space and not overwork the unit. They were 100% right. The unit is utilized for a renovated attic space. So it does get extremely hot in the summer. If I had gone with the 1.5 ton unit then it would have been overworking
