I got my nails done 2 weeks ago with my mom and grandma. i got done earlier then they did. two days later my nail chipped i went back and got it done. My nails are so chipped they look so bad. I'm so tired of getting my nails done here when they do such a horrible job. I called today asking if they will redo my nails and give me half off and the guy said 10%. that is not worth my money when they do such a terrible job.

I’ve been going here for quite some time but took a break. I got drawn back for a 20% off anniversary discount for all services and now I remember why I stop coming. So unorganized. I call for an appointment for two pedi one mani and a rebase. Told me to come in an hour before closing. I would much rather you tell me I can’t get all the service in that amount of time than to hold some of the technicians back later but I assumed that maybe it’s doable and how wrong was I. I’m mostly happy with my acrylic ombré. They got me in right away as a walk-in and Queenie was very nice. From far away the nails look pretty good. Only giving 4 stars because it felt rushed. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I wish there was a little more time spent paying attention to the details. You can see in the third photo that there is a pretty obvious spot where my nail is not fully covered. Photo #4- maybe I’m too picky or my nails are just not the best shape but the profile of the acrylics seems flat instead of rounded. I feel like the technician could have taken more time shaping

I have gone to this place for 5+ years and never have had a bad experience. After today, I will NEVER go back. I asked for a shellac manicure, and received the bare minimum. My technician did not get a bowl of water, or clean instruments. Then proceeded to put the wrong color on. After I told him it was wrong, he could not find the color I was asking for. He said he could paint over it with a color that was similar. After he did that, the color underneath showed through and created a tye-dye affect that I was not happy with. I repeated that I was not happy with this and they still did nothing about

I would give zero stars if I could. I made an appointment for an ombre rebase and a pedicure with the lady that did my nails last time. I had to wait 15 minutes, and Tony asks to do my nails because the lady I booked is doing a pedicure. He hurt my fingers and messed my nails up, and when I point it out, he YELLS at me. I started crying, and he got mad at me for crying. I had to sit in that shop crying while another nail tech did my nails. And then he charged me for it! Absolutely appalled at this experience and his lack of customer service. Thanks for ruining my Saturday morning, Tony!

I go to Verona nails all the time and I've never had an issue but tonight definitely was not good. I paid $67 for this full set of nails and I got charged $7 for a "design" when all she did was sprinkle glitter on my nails and it didn't even come out good. I'm kind of disappointed with tonights service.

It would be nice if they would give an remotely accurate time when you will be helped. I came in today and asked how long the wait was. I was told 15-20 mins. At first I said I don't know if I can wait because I had a ton of things to do today. I said I needed to go to king soopers. They gave me a pager and I went to kings. Finished at kings came back and waited. Tony took me back to a chair without a nail tech. I sat and waited. Tony then comes and files down my nails, just the top, it's their way of keeping you there and not leaving because the wait now has been about 40

Queenie is my girl!!!!! She's never let me down when I've taken an idea for her to do. She's so nice as well and one thing I love is that she doesn't make the acrylics too thick but not too thin either where they break easy. For me it's the perfect balance.

I have never had nail polish bubble, peel, and fall off my nail before. When i went in on a Sunday to get my nails done for my wedding on Monday. I was only able to afford a polish manicure but the technician spent the whole time complaining about the length of my nails and insisting that i get gel or acrylic. I assured her that i just need the polish for Monday and i could really care less if it lasts longer than that.

Honestly...waited 20 min past my appointment time for a pedicure while walk-ins were taken ahead of me. When it finally started, the "pedicure" lasted 6 min and she started to paint my toes. I thought she was mistaken that I only wanted a polish change. Then she argued with me that it was a full pedicure for $42. This place only wants to churn you through and expects you to pay salon/professional prices. Similar experience a few months back, but thought I'd try again...wish I didn't.

Please never go here: I spent 60$ on nails that were painted like crap. When I asked them to fix it they said " trust the process". I asked if they would take them off because I didn't want to pay for something I hated. They again refused said they didn't have time. I was very disappointed how they treated me. I asked for short oval nails with on flower this is what I got. All different lengths, shapes, crazy colors. AWFUL

Hannah is amazing! But their prices are never consistent. Paid $86 for a rebase that took 15 min and rushed through and extremely basic pedicure. Shellac is $16 extra each nail service. Plus they tried to add on a "long nail" fee which I've never seen before. My nails have always been standard length. I know times are hard for businesses during Covid but they nickel and dime you and are constantly adding on extra fees. When questioned about it, that always have an excuse as to why they had to add on the fee. My suggestion, Try wow nails across the street!

I've been going to Verona for years. I always have a great experience. The staff is friendly and has been capable of doing whatever manicure or pedicure I request. My nails always last almost too long when I get them done. I've been to many other salons and none are as amazing as here. Also the salon itself is really nice! I attached 3 photos all from different times and staff members.

My first time visiting this salon. I liked how my nails turned out and the staff was very friendly to me. However, the manager and staff did not treat their co-worker Stephanie very well. That put a very bad taste in my mouth. Stephanie was working cash register and asked the manger to get her some change. He responded, "that's not my job." Then my technician said, "ask the people here for change." She had to continue to work the register without the change and money that she needed. What I witnessed was extremely unprofessional. My mother and I came in on Tuesday afternoon. When we were picking out our colors the client after us refused to be with a certain technician because she apparently was rude to her the last time she came in. We shrugged it off because everyone had been nice to us so far. My technician, Dee, didn't speak much and when I showed her a picture of what I wanted she did the colors opposite what I wanted and when I told her I wanted the darker color on the top she said no it looks better this way. She placed gems on my nails and they started falling off the next day.

UPDATE: I'm still getting text messages from this place even after opting out. They makes you sign in with your phone number when you get there. Then they add you to their marketing list. Would like to never hear from them again since I will never be returning.

Sketchy!! Prices aren't posted so call in advance for prices then tell the manicurist you know what the service costs when you walk up & she walk rings you up.
When I wore sweats I was charged $35 for a powder manicure. This is the price I got on the phone. When I wore nice clothes & said I was going to a fancy event that evening I was charged $50 for the same service. I realized the error & called to get a credit on my account. I was told "sorry." Accounts are by phone number so they can see you history. They aren't sorry enough to fix this. But this is a sorry
