Andrade Motors is a locally owned and operated family business that has been providing great customer service since 1984. We offer collision auto body repair services for most make and model vehicles. Bob and Ken Andrade started their business in 1984 in New Haven with a 1,000 square foot shop.
In 1995 the current shop was purchased and since then it increased from a 1,000 square foot building to the now existing 13,000 square foot state-of-the-art certified auto collision repair facility.Our professional advisors and I-CAR/ASE Certified technicians are committed to quality repairs. I recently brought my car here referred by my insurance, my experience was horrible! Horrible customer service, I brought my car in for a window replacement and they told me it’ll take more than a week for a window replacement! They also told me that it’ll be more than one thousand dollars I specifically told them I don’t want to spend more than 1 thousand dollars and he literally told me “we’re not a cheap place.” I highly do not recommend!

I brought my car to Andrade Motorcar after being rear-ended. The work on the car was excellent and completed in a timely fashion. Staff was very professional and explained the work they did in great detail, even giving me a printed sheet outlining what was done. They even left the inside of my car very clean! Highly recommend them for auto work.

Car was stolen and sent here for body work and to be cleaned and have seats and car detailed. Cars body came back good but the interior was very poorly detailed. Something you wouldn’t expect during a pandemic right? Used silverware in the center console. It was hardly cleaned and surprise surprise I found crack on the side of the seat. Use a different place that actually pays attention to detail. Steve told me they don’t go through every nook and cranny with an attitude. Also when I received the car from them the side of the seat was broken and hanging and he told me that” it just happens
