New England Collision started life back in 1996. Owners Mike Farquhar and Joe Perrone began their careers in auto body repair as teenagers. Moving up the ladder in the company, they learned all aspects of the business including body repair, frame straightening, welding, painting, estimating, auto detailing, customer and insurance relations, bookkeeping, and more.
So, you got in an accident. What's next? Many insurance companies ask you to snap a couple of pics from your phone, upload them in an app - and boom, they'll deposit money into your account. But what if you don't agree with the amount? Worse - what happens when a technician gets in there and finds more damage?

I highly recommend New England Collision, from the moment I called them to look at my car to the day I picked my car up I felt very comfortable and knew I had picked the right shop for my damage. I had New England Collision work on some body and undercarriage damage I had on my vehicle. My main concern was getting the vehicle back soon, and although it took longer than I had anticipated, the staff that I dealt with was amazing. This is the second time that I've dealt with New England Collision, and the quality of work and professionalism from everyone there turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a good experience. Dropped my 2018 Honda Accord off for front and rear bumper repair. John Kraemer and the crew looked at it-assessed the damage and wrote up a very fair quote. Got the car back and it looks as good as new. Both front and rear bumper's were replaced and repainted. Couldn't be happier with the service and work that was done.
My father also had body work done to his truck here last year and was extremely happy with the service and quality of work done here.
We will HIGHLY recommend family and friends to take their cars to NE Collision for any auto body/service repairs.

I live 1.5 hrs away in Massachusetts and found Joe's company thru my son in New Haven.
Ive 9 grandchildren , too many cars, accidents and harrowing stories of raising 4 kids and hoping for the best.
It's not always worked out but sure feeling lucky & stress free after finding New England Collision.

Absolutely a positive experience with these guys! Super friendly and they handled everything with the insurance company so I didn't have to. In fact, I did nothing except drop the car off. Wait. And then pick it up without paying out of pocket. Awesome service and work.
Why only four stars? Communication. They answered the phone each time I called ( every three days or so) and were very helpful in explaining where we were in the process. Still, it would be nice to get a phone call update every now and then especially when you're already concerned and stressed about car repairs.

I shopped around different car repair body shops in the area.
It was around new years eve and no one was willing to help me get the new parts in time.
New England Collision Center made the effort to rush order the parts I needed and stayed in touch with me along the way.
My car was back and ready to go the next afternoon!
(Other body shops said it would take a week minimum).
When I came in they greeted me warmly offered me coffee and water while I wait for the repair to be made.
Really happy about their service and most of all the feeling

I used these folks when my parked Truck was hit. Geico (the others drivers insurance) wanted to me to use another auto body but my friend (York Auto Clinic) recommended that I use New England Collision. These guys are so Customer Service oriented and FAST it's amazing and refreshing! Unfortunately, my car was totaled and couldn't be saved but this shop and all the staff here were so friendly, helpful and really kind throughout the harrowing ordeal that if I should ever have another car accident happen to me again. I was unfortunate enough to join the "I had an accident on I-95" club. After looking at several places to take my car, I had it towed here. The damage was extensive, and I was an out of state driver. My insurance was a pain, but the friendly service took care of everything.

Excellent services! My car was recently broken into and I needed my glass window replaced. I was recommended this auto-shop by my car dealership, George Harte Nissan. They took my car in and finished fairly quickly. After repairs the car looked brand new; they did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend this place.

I can't begin to say enough good things about my experience with New England Collision! I had to have some body work done because my 2015 Nissan Altima was attacked by wild turkeys (yes, turkeys) in the parking lot at work. From the minute I called to bring the car in for an estimate, to the day I picked up the car, Christina and Joe could not have been nicer, more accommodating or more professional. I returned some time ago for a quote and had a poor experience. Because I once did have a good experience here, I'm going to average out to a 3 star review, but I have to say that based on the recent interaction, I wouldn't come back.
For the recent visit, there were a couple unrelated items I was interested in having fixed on my car, and I couldn't get them to provide a final quote on the exact work I wanted done.
When I was on-site getting the quote, the guy who took all the info and inspected my car for some reason handed off to the receptionist before finalizing our discussion

Could not have been happier with New England Collision! Someone bumped my car in a parking lot, leaving a dent in the front bumper and a few scratches. The scratches didn't bother me, but the dent did, so wanted to get that removed. I first went to another shop in the area, where they pressured me to completely replace the bumper (at around $1000) and only gave me a quote for getting out the bump (at $250) after I kept asking.
At New England Collision, there was none of that: they gave a very reasonable quote for fixing the bump and all the scratches, and when I asked about the possibility

NEC... You guys are awesome. I took my car to these guys and they have done a brilliant work on it. They fixed my car in 2 days, communicated with the insurance guys and also provided a rental car on site. The rates are reasonable and I would definitely recommend them...

After talking to a couple of shops with good Yelp reviews, I settled on New England Collision because I felt like the other guy's "estimate" penciled on the back of his business card was a little fishy. (He also insisted I go through my insurance, even though I wanted to pay out of pocket). On the other hand, Joe from New England Collision provided an honest assessment and an itemized estimate, which was also much more reasonable than the other guy. Above all, the workmanship was solid.

This place is wonderful. You deal with the owner directly and the customer service is phenomenal (that's very important to me).
They fixed my car in one day!! I'm still amazed. I didn't have major damage but the bumper was replaced and the paint job they did was great. They even cleaned my car (vacuumed and detailed)!!
I can't exactly comment on competitive pricing because I haven't been anywhere else.
