Yes, provided a 30 day, paid, written notice is given after the lease agreement has been fulfilled and the apartment is left clean and free of any damages. Any final balances due are deducted from the security deposit before being refunded. Yes, if the termination fee has been paid. The 30 day paid written notice is still required, but the remainder of the lease is forgiven if the termination fee is paid.

This apartment has Modern interiors with all facilities that you need. Amazing management staff and they quickly fix if we have any issues. We are very grateful to Ms Heather and Shantel for always being generous and so thoughtful. They arrange pool parties every summer, Christmas events and many more for residents. They always celebrate every seasons and surprise us with gifts like family.❤️

This is the best place to live in Bartlesville. All the apartments have high quality equipment. The whole apartment complex is pretty big with nice gym and well maintained beautiful swimming pool. We have been living here for more than 2 years now and did not have any complaints. The whole team always welcomes you with a big smile and they make you feel you are at home. My kid wants to see Heather whenever we are near the leasing office. This is the apartment which is more like a home to us.

Great two bedroom two bath apartment with a comfortable open design space. I felt very at home in my 5 months spent here for work. There is a great gym and outdoor pool with plenty of park and walking space and some top of the line gas grills for cookouts. The manager Heather is lovely and takes good care of the complex and its tenants. She’s there whatever you need. You won’t find a nicer apartment in Bartlesville!

My husband and I have lived here for 6 months. Heather and Shantel in the office made us feel at home right away! When we first arrived they happily recommended interesting places to visit in the area and even have a print out of local points of interest that includes restaurants and markets. The apartments are modern and clean and the complex is safe and quiet at night. The grounds are really pretty and include a super nice pool and BBQ area. It's a pet friendly complex and even has a little doggie park. It's a great location just 15 minutes from downtown B-ville and 5 minutes from anything else

Friendly staff and hats go off to Ms Heather. We started seeking a place to live August 2020. Ms Heather’s friendly personality was a huge factor is wanting to reside at this property. She has the same bubbly personality today as she did when we were calling asking the many questions we had regularly. Still to this day Ms. Heather has not missed the mark with great customer service.

Nice new-build neighborhood, attentive staff, and good amenities such as a gym, pool, and outdoor grills. We lived here for 18 months, and only moved due to a work relocation. Our neighbors were quiet and friendly, and the complex is well cared for through regular maintenance and landscaping. Many neighbors we got to know were young professionals or retired families. I'd recommend this complex for anyone looking for an upscale apartment with great amenities.

We've been in Bison Trails for over 2 months and are so grateful for the warm welcome that we have received. Heather and her team provide excellent customer service and assistance. Our apartment is new, clean, updated and above what we expected! We highly recommend it here! The location is fantastic!
