The young gentleman who helped me rent a unit from here was extremely friendly. The rates are good and the units are clean. Only issue I have is that rent is due on the 1st of the month, but if you haven't paid by midnight (the 1st of month), they literally lock you out of the gate on the 1st before the day is even over. If you haven't paid by the 2nd, then okay I understand locking someone out of the gates, but if I pay my rent ON the morning of the 1st then I should not be locked out from access of my belongings because technically I am not late. So just be aware of that one setback. Landlords
