Medication non-adherence can lead to worsening health conditions, hospitalizations and death. Whatever the reason is for medication non-adherence, we have a solution for you.
Medication therapy management, otherwise known as MTM, is a term used for a program to help you manage your medications and health conditions. Do you want to know how best to take your medications to get the most from your medications?. Would you like to have a complete list of the medications you take for your personal use?.
As a long-term care pharmacy (LTCP), we provide medications and consultant pharmacy services to long-term care facilities such as nursing homes. As a LTC pharmacy, we provide continuous access to a pharmacist as well as offer emergency delivery of medication. Our main focus is to ensure that patients have access to their medication therapies in a timely manner.
When it comes to disease prevention, immunizations are key. Getting vaccinated protects you and those around you. Our main focus is to help you and your loved ones stay up-to-date on the recommended vaccines. We offer a variety of immunizations. Our highly qualified staff can easily administer these immunizations here at the pharmacy.
You may find that you have been prescribed a number of medications, and that you need to take them at different times of the day. It can be difficult to keep track of what medication you need to take and when. We offer a multi-dose packaging that bundles your medications together by date and time. For example, all your medications that are to be taken in the morning will be packaged together in one pack.

I have used RelyCare (perviously The Pharmacy) for YEARS! They are the most helpful, friendly, courteous and kind people of any business you will find anywhere. They always go out of there way to answer any questions and help getting refills if your Dr office is "not on the ball". They not only ask how I am doing but how my family is doing. This is the type of place that more of us need to use. A hometown business that considers you an important part of their business. Keep up the good work all!

I use this pharmacy because it is required by my living facility. My bill has some charges with a tax shown and others with none. The numbers do not add up?? I called to ask questions and after 3 weeks and 6 calls they returned my call. Their explanation for irregularities in the bill; yes...we know but it is not a priority to fix. Wow!

I used to work here and found them all extremely compassionate and altruistic when it came to my health care needs. I really miss everyone and hope they are all doing well! Now that I'm better I'm leaving this to let them all know I'm in amazing health and all of my issues are over after my last surgery! Thank you for the teaching experience! Also, my boss and the owner went out of his way to drive me home when I had to go to the hospital on a day that I worked. He always found a proper place for me to excel in and I enjoyed learning what I could from everyone! I unfortunately had to move my prescriptions
