If I could rate ZERO STARS, I would!
Incompetence and arrogance tops the list at this organization! I have been dealing with them over the last seven years, with two different elder care facilities. The contracts this pharmacy have been able SELL to various facilities have generated great wealth for this “local” pharmacy at the EXPENSE of proper care and ethics! They have routinely refused to fill various prescriptions claiming the insurance or Medicaid has denied claims, when in fact the pharmacy was submitting the wrong NDC# and too lazy to make sure they were using the correct information

I have worked for community pharmacy for almost 3yrs now enjoy the staff I work with from pharmacist, Billers, office management, customer care there all helpful and work as a team to satisfy the customers needs. Were all like a small family. We all joined together to help get the covid vaccine out to the community. Thank you for being Awesome! :)
