Straight trash everything was slow we lost money twice with these people on 2 houses. Communication sucks they barley get back with you. Me & my husband was suppose to close on a house in 5/27 then 6/4 I’m like wow.. So then they say 6/8 which is tomorrow. To get a call to say that our contract was terminated because we didn’t close on a certain… date. They did not even let us know what the problem even was so here it is again the second house and then money a waste again. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to these people they are very unprofessional.. And what’s crazy

Danny Zamarripa was not great at communication throughout the entire process. He stopped answering my calls so I had to call from different numbers and he'd answer, realize it was me and then say can I call you back in 15 minutes which never happened. Also he FALSE ADVERTISES and missed our close date of 05/12. We didn't close until 06/ 01... he… DIDNT CREDIT MY SELLER $125/DAY after closing which they were expecting. I spoke to his "supervisor" who also never returned any calls and provided me a false cell number for "better communication" I rate this company and loan officer 0.

Prior to filling out an application and paying for an appraisal, I attempted to clarify if our loan would qualify as a straight re-fi. Was told yes (in writing). We have a home improvement loan which I knew COULD potentially complicate matters. This was not the case and 80 percent equity would be needed to close. We ended up at about 78 percent.… Ultimately found out to close we would need to bring more cash to the table than we preferred. Not knowing there were any issues, I inquired when we were closing. I was told rate lock would be held. Finally, found out it was exact issue I inquired
