We received a flower arrangement from City Flowers Tommy Luke and within 2 days of it arriving, the flowers started to wilt and leaves were dropping off. I'd never had an arrangement go so fast as this did. I called and spoke to Louella Scott, the owner to provide feedback on the wilted bouquet and without question, she said they would deliver another one! It was remarkable service and an exception flower arrangement when it arrived. Thank you so much!!

I live in Georgia and my best friend lives in Portland. I wanted her and her family to feel the love from her southern friend during the holidays. I ordered flowers for my granddaughters birthday and get well wishes. This florist was amazing! I ordered them from Flowers Tommy Luke in Portland, right from my home in Scappoose. Flowers were delivered promptly that same afternoon to my sweet granddaughter at Doernbecher Hospital. The staff was so kind from beginning to the finish! The arrangement that was sent was really pretty, cute and dainty! It was just perfect!! Prices were also fair! I would definitely use this florist again!

I used City Flowers Tommy Luke to provide flowers for our company holiday party, the first time our staff gathered in the last 2 years since the shut-down. The table centerpieces were beautifully done with a variety of flowers and decorations. The larger arrangements were full and amazing as well. Delivery was exactly as planned. Several times I ordered from Tommy Lukes for deliveries to OHSU hospital and they were awesome. Very personable on the phone while ordering, very efficient and sympathetic. An email showing your flowers were delivered was an extra bonus. Beautiful flowers and lots of other goodies to make a long hospital stay a little more tolerable. Thank you.

We live in Eugene and wanted to send a plant to a family member in Portland. Tommy Luke Flowers was recommended to us by our excellent Eugene flower shop, Rhythm and Blooms. We are particular about the quality of plants we send as gifts, so it's always a challenge to order sight-unseen. I was impressed by the customer service over the phone since I wanted to follow up after viewing options on their website. The individual I spoke with was knowledgeable and provided additional information and recommendations about the orchid I was interested in. Our cousin was thrilled by the plant. I highly recommend

The best, most compassionate customer service ever. Staff checked just before delivery to be sure recipient, an ohsu patient, could receive flowers. Answer was yes so they started assembling flowers. Then ohsu called to say they erred, that our friend could NOT receive flowers. TL staff called me to choose a balloon bouquet (nope, too perky) or a full credit on my order. Such a kind gesture at a rocky time. Will order from Tommy Luke next time a friend in Portland gets a bouquet.

I cannot overstate the joy of working with Tommy Luke Flowers! A February wedding is risky anywhere, and we got socked by a surprise snowstorm. Tommy Luke Flowers totally rose to the challenge! Their flower delivery made it to Tigard despite dangerously adverse conditions, handled with care by ace staffers who provided great support in pulling together a 7-foot-tall arch with gorgeous garlands.
