Hi-Tech Wire, Inc. has grown substantially since the company was founded in 1987. We have evolved from a small one-dimensional company with one customer, to a diversified company providing products and services to a wide range of customers across various industries throughout the United States. From the original concept and design to the finished product, Hi-Tech Wire Inc. has the capabilities to control every aspect of production. We utilize the latest CAD/CAM technology to streamline the production process and in turn produce consistently accurate, reliable and in-tolerance parts. The result is a product that meets your specification, at the most affordable cost.
Hi-Tech Wire is capable of completing your part requirements by designing dies, specialty tools, jigs and fixtures. We have the ability to manufacture part details to your specifications by providing prototype machining, inspection, grinding and welding. After tooling is complete, our CNC and Production departments will meet your volume requirements.
Hi-Tech Wire offers 3 to 300-ton capacity presses capable of handling one part to thousands to fulfill all of your stamping needs. All of our presses are equipped with feed equipment and fault detection systems to protect presses and dies. We also provide a wide range of secondary operations such as leveling, tapping, manual and robotic welding and vibratory finishing.
