We recently had a situation where a moving company (two men and a truck) were hired to move a baby grand piano to our house. When they got to my house they could not figure out how to get it inside the house and left it in my garage. After the moving company refused to come move the piano like they were paid to do we called Piano Handlers at the recommendation of the The Steinway store. Steinway Gallery in San Antonio recommend Mr Price. Despite the reviews, I still have them a try. Unfortunately most of the reviews here and on Angies List appear to be true. My main issue is they don’t respect other people’s time. Despite my every effort to go with their schedule, they picked up my piano at 1pm but still didn’t show up at 6:40pm! I am waiting in an empty house for over seven hours taking time off work for nothing. After texting David, I learned they pick up several other pianos during the same haul. I called them and at the beginning they David Price was ok and helped me move the piano on time and one of the guys that moved the piano was very responsible and nice. The problem was when they delivered it, first of all the quote was not the same one as they said it was way higher and then I called David and he responded very rude and disrespectful, terrible customer service, and when I mean TERRIBLE it was the worst customer service. He started yelling at me "Calm down lady, I don't want to keep your piano, I'm busy" He delivered it days after with a higher quote as I stated. I wouldn't recommend

I don't know why all the reviews got deleted from this. But my mom had her piano moved back in October by these men. Very un professional. Smelt like alcohol, the guy quoted my mom 175 upon delivery they changed the price to 275 and we're complete a$$ holes about it. Don't accept cards and when asked for a receipt they acted like it was the biggest inconvenience. The way they handle a 50 year old piano made my stomach turn. Never would I ever use this company or recommend it. They like to delete reviews so I will do my do diligence and continue to post reviews if so.
