Only giving one star because I cannot give less. Not only were our belongings poorly packed, which resulted in damaged items, but many items were not marked on the inventory sheet. We had major damage done to furniture and our desktop computer screen was completely shattered. However, none of this compares to the fact that the movers STOLE BOTH OF OUR LAPTOPS AND GO PRO CAMERA. We have filed a claim through the company but we really should be calling the police! Beware of using this company, I will be warning other military families.

Had a delivery time of 11am. Been here since 10am. Called their San Antonio office and no one answers. Called their Killeen office and they said i should receive a call back.9hrs later no call, no movers. Went to their yard and found them at 4pm. Got another delivery time of 7pm. Showed up a 6pm just in case they were earlier. Got a call from a general manager at 8pm and rescheduled delivery for tomorrow at 9am. Time to drive back to dayton tx arrive at midnight, turn around at 6am and hope for them to show up.

This company hires thieves. They not only arrived late, refused to create an inventory, threatened to fight each other in my living room, packed my belongings by throwing them into boxes but they brazenly stole from me. As they drove away, they waved bottles of alcohol that they had taken. The final straw was when I arrived at my destination and realized they had stolen my wedding dress, my dress uniforms and my baby's clothes. Do not use this organization.
