Sean was excellent. He re-keyed our front and back door locks when we took possession of our new home. He arrived exactly when he said he would. Sean worked very efficiently but was also friendly. He'll be the first (and hopefully only!) locksmith I'll call if I ever have another need. Please also note that his name is Sean. It would seem he's too polite to correct people who call him (Sean).

With its speed, EMA Locksmith is a life saviour! I drove to my mother's house for the weekend but she wouldn't open the door. I called and called repeatedly and finally, I had to call the EMA techs to come and open the door. My mother had lost consciousness and we found her on the floor. When I was hesitant to change locks for my new place, my friend recommended Joseph. I was thinking about option to rekey, but Joseph recommended replacing completely. I changed one to the keypad lock and the other to match with the keypad lock backup key. The job was done in a little more than an hour. He was friendly and explained what he is doing. The final price ended up bit more expensive than the quote I got the day before. He provided me a receipt and explained what each charge for.

My keys were stolen at the gym and I used Yelp's locksmith quote service to send out a number of pricing requests. EMA responded right away telling me that they would get back to me "shortly" even though many other locksmiths were able to provide immediate estimates. I waited and waited and kept being told that a technician would call me directly. This didn't happen. Finally, I told them I couldn't wait any longer as I was sitting in the sun. I finally got a quote 50 minutes later for a price that was over the price of some other locksmiths.

Called for a simple pick lock for my bedroom I got locked out of. Not only were they late on arrival, but the second the tech walked in, he took a quick glance and told me I would have to drill it because the lock was too hard to open, Implying I would have to buy an entirely new lock from them, on top of their drill fee. I was skeptical about his quick judgment, so I called my bf. My bf quickly questioned him, "why would u drill it for $120 plus the $29 service fee($149) when I can just drill it myself. Aren't you going to try to unlock it?" That's when the tech said "

I got an emergency very late at night, my friend recommended these guys and we called. The guy got here quickly solved the problem even faster. Did clean fast installation, new lock! Price was fair and the guy was friendly, super nice and professional. Glad to do business with knowledgeable people. Great job and I will defiantly spread the word! Thank you again!

This guy saved our lives! This is seriously the best locksmith I've ever dealt with. We rented a house. It was our first day at the property, and we locked the front door really well, made sure all the windows had sticks in them, etc. When we came back, we realized that the landlord never gave us a key for the garage door! The front door key didn't work....and we couldn't open the front door because it was deadbolted from the inside. We turned to Yelp. This guy, Eli, showed up out of nowhere! Quickly, and at the exact reasonable quoted price, he took care of our door, rekeyed it
