I have a rather rare car; an old Aston Martin, that had a broken remote. I could not unlock/lock the car without the car alarm going off.

Leon was very sympathetic to my issue at hand, and was willing to squeeze me in for a free diagnosis.
I can't say enough about how amazing this is to find in this day and age. Most businesses will find every opportunity to nickel and dime you. But Leon was extremely nice and patient with fixing my key remote.

+ Incredibly responsive with a quick turnover. I had my backpack (with my keys) stolen on Saturday. I messaged him through Yelp on Sunday to reprogram my spare and to make me a new spare. By Tuesday it was done -- whereas most other businesses hadn't even replied.
