We hand wash both sides of your screens with a soft bristle brush using a 100% safe, biodegradable liquid soap and set the screens aside to dry. We begin cleaning the outside of your windows first, using a soft strip washer and a very concentrated window washing solution that is 100% safe and biodegradable (we support going green.every little bit does help!).
Q: How does it work with estimates? Do I have to be home? A: No one has to be home. We can walk around the perimeter of the property to calculate the cost then leave the estimate in your mailbox. If you have pets please let us know. We do not include any mirrors or indoor glass in our estimates, we can accommodate you the day of the job then recalculate your total.

I had Jacques from Lucid Window cleaning out to do clean all of my windows in Rancho Del Oro on Wednesday. He was fast, efficient and the work was exceptional. Good pricing too. I plan to have him do my windows every six months. If you need a good window cleaner, look no further. Jacques is the best!

We always let our windows go too long before calling Jacques so we get our money's worth when he visits. His effort on each and every pane is like a new canvas to an artist. His attention to detail is absolute. I tend to find myself reaching out to touch the windows when he finishes, for fear he took them with him. Looking out at the back yard is as if there is nothing between us and the flowers.
Couple this with his being the consummate professional, kind, considerate

Jacques did us such a great favor to squeeze us in at the last moment before a big family reunion. That was great but then after he was done with our entire two-story house it was absolutely fantastic. What a hard worker with a lot of attention to detail. I would have to say that he looks how to make it all just that one bit better which is why we will never use anyone else in the future and because of his great pricing we will do it more often.

Our windows were filthy because I always find some excuse not to have them cleaned each year. But when Jacques came out he was so pleasant about it and did an amazing job that I'm kicking myself for not doing it sooner. And the price was crazy cheap in my opinion. My windows sparkle and shine. Jacques was professional and yet personable. I won't wait so long next time.

I live in a tri-level townhouse, there are 4 units total with many slide doors. Lucid windows has been out here several times to do all windows, slide doors, screens and solar panels. They have always been consistent with their excellent quality of work and never missed a spot. Jacques the owner is a really nice guy, prompt and has very competitive prices. I highly recommend Lucid windows.
