Services
Surrounded by soft meadows and a serene salt water marsh, The Meadows has been beautifully designed in classic New England charm with private space for your event. The Meadows can accommodate up to 250 guests and has plenty of parking. It is limited to only one event at a time. If you are planning an outdoor ceremony, the covered patio can provide a rainy day alternative thus eliminating the need for a tent.
The Meadows offers a choice of two Wedding Packages. The first is The Traditional Wedding Package, 6 hour event, and the second is The Modern Wedding Package which is a 3 hour event. The Modern Wedding can be held at midday (11 am to 2pm) or in the evening (5pm to 8pm). If you would like to host a onsite wedding ceremony, then the initial focus is always on the bride and the ceremony.
This is your moment. The ceremony is usually held in the garden under a white arch, led to by a path of crushed seashells that can be decorated by your bridal party or florist. The bride makes her entrance from the bridal suite, directly down the path with your guests seated on either side.
After the ceremony, your guests are welcomed onto the patio for cocktails and refreshments before being escorted into the ballroom for the reception dinner and entertainment.Many couples enjoy having their photos taken in the garden or at Lighthouse Point which has the harbor and nearly 360 degree views of the Atlantic Ocean as its background.

On August 15, 2020, we met with Sarah, conducted the tour, and felt like this facility would make our special day even better. We were looking forward to getting married on October 1, 2021, at The Meadows but after our check was cashed that feeling disappeared.
Since making our deposit we've been lied to, ignored and dismissed.
Our issues began when we made our initial deposit. My fiance' grew up in Stonnington and it was important for her to have our wedding near her hometown. We were so excited to book this venue that on the weekend of August 22/23, 2020, while in Stonnington, we stopped off

My now husband and I first started looking at venues for our wedding last fall, and fell in love with the small, home-y feel of The Meadows. It had just the right amount of elegance and the bridal suite was the best I saw! We had some issues reaching the venue to plan early on, but the second we started working with Lisa, their wedding planner, everything fell into place and all our questions were answered. She even set up my flowers with a local florist and personally picked them up for me to make sure I had the ones I wanted! The day of went smoothly and Judy the bridal attendant was there to

Beautiful location. Nice facility. Food was pretty good for a venue like this.
The outdoor accommodations were a bit dirty - like they had been left out in a heavy rain then just lightly rinsed off.
Service left a little to be desired, especially for having only a small wedding party. The staff was friendly though.

As a vendor, "DJ/Photo Booth Business", It's All About You DJ Services, LLC, we were extremely impressed with every aspect of the Wedding Event that we just facilitated at this venue, June 9, 2018.
This was our first time working at this venue, so we had no idea what the experience would be like. The food was AMAZING! The staff were very helpful in accommodating our company, as well as all the guests. We attended a wedding last night here and it was delightful! With the weather perfect for an outdoor ceremony, we were able to enjoy the lovely flower adorned archway and bench sitting, and the appetizers under the veranda. Many of the guests also had fun playing corn hole. The food was delicious, both appetizer and main meal, and open bar had a good selection of choices. But what really stood out and prompted me to write a review was the competent and friendly staff.
