In Kathryn's own words, Reflexology and Massage Therapy help balance and release tension patterns held in your body.
Both Reflexology and Massage Therapy offer ways to help heal your body, soothe your mind, and strengthen your spirit. Gift certificates complete with a beautiful card and envelope are available. For a wonderful and unique gift, you may also purchase a Custom Gift Basket to celebrate a special occasion or holiday.
Reflexology is a complimentary, holistic therapy with origins dating back over 3000 years to ancient Egypt, China, and India. Today Reflexology combines ancient and modern techniques. Using their hands, the Reflexologist applies pressure on your feet, hands, or ears, focusing on precise reflex points that correspond to every organ, gland, and anatomical system in your body.
Massage also has ancient origins, where it was first referenced several thousand years ago in ancient Egypt and China. When you choose to receive a Massage Therapy session, Kathryn uses soft tissue, muscle, skin, and/or tendon manipulation - using touch and movement to improve your health and well-being.
