I’m not usually one to leave reviews but I went to get my nails done here because the reviews were good on Google, and was excited to try it out, but didn’t have a good experience. I made an appointment with a specific technician and got there and was told someone else would prep me but she ended up painting my nails. That wouldn’t have been a problem but after I left I noticed that the nail polish on my toes wasn’t taken off fully and I have dark green corners that were painted over with the color I chose, instead of fully taking off the nail polish. Also, I had a weird experience choosing

This salon is not at all as nice as the pictures make it look. Maybe when they first opened, but it didn’t feel that way inside. They advertise themselves as offering drinks. I had to ask for one. I asked for a French manicure acrylic nails and the lady gave me more of a mixed nail (no definite line.) I’m also not pleased because the cost is almost double other salons so I just expected much better service and atmosphere.

This used to be my favorite place to get my nails done. The place is beautiful. The technicians do an amazing job. However, the service… it lacks. They are always late. So if you have an appointment afterwards, forget it. Once I called to say I was going to be 5 min late and they told me they have a ten minute grace period. Needless to say, I rushed to get there on time. I was 4 min late and they were 25 minutes late. As if only their time mattered. On a previous visit, they were 15 min late. I was 5 min earlier. Had to wait a ton and they didn’t want to do tips as it would delay even more

Had an appointment booked and I got there literally 1 minute after their “grace period” because I was trying to find parking which no one ever told me about so I had to park in the Whole Foods lot and when I finally went in, the receptionist told me that the nail tech had a family emergency and left and because I was ONE MINUTE late past their grace period, they cancelled my appointment. There was apparently no one else to take me, there was no way to accommodate me, and the best they could do was offer me 20% off an appointment for the next day. Hun my nails look ATROCIOUS it’s a FRIDAY

Critical: Quality
First off my nail tech was not friendly at all. She didn’t seem to know how to use the electric file drill. She kept slipping off my nail cutting my fingers. The design i asked for was done very poorly. Lines not straight, everything done very sloppy. You couldn’t pay me to go back there.

I got in to town early for a conference and decided to treat myself. Very convenient location from my hotel. Worked me in. Very friendly. addressed me by name. Very clean!! Very happy with the quality of service. I got the Jelly Pedicure. It was so worth it!!
