I had a terrible first experience here at this salon. The man doing my nails made me extremely uncomfortable. He was being extremely intrusive asking me personal questions, one after another, which exceeded just being friendly. He then kept calling me beautiful over and over again and then asked me to pull my mask down so he could see my mouth. He then kept telling me to come ask for him next time I come to the salon so that we could “spend more time together.” While I’m sure all of this harmless, it made me feel very uncomfortable and I will not be returning.

Great service! Although it was crowded, I didn't wait long at all. Joe did my dip. He did a great job. My pedicure was spectacular, didn't catch the name of the person who did it but she was great! the guy at front desk very nice and friendly, he helped me find the colors, love this place, will be back in two week.

My fiancé and I booked an appointment here to get a pedicure and acrylic fullest. Not only were my nails completely off from what I requested, the service was absolutely awful and the manager was actually rude to me at multiple times, raised his voice at me and even blamed me. I will never visit this establishment again and I DO NOT recommend it. Treat your customers with respect and be honest about your abilities to do the job right.

I went to get my nails done and I got a set of almond shaped acrylics. I left with acrylic and glue all over my nails and the acrylics were crooked, different sizes, super thick and went over my cuticles which resulted in lifting after only 2 days. My gel polish had bubbles in it and they just looked super whack. If you have cho, request a different tech.

I’ve been going here for a year now and the service here is actually really good. I’ve gone to plenty of nail salons and never found one better than Divana and I’m so glad the service is amazing the people are so nice and the whole place is just a good place to be at and get your desired services from

After a seemingly-endless hunt that felt the way that nails on a chalkboard sound, I've finally found my go-to, HG (holy grail) place in Charlotte.
Thus far, Divana Nail Bar is the only salon that does chrome polish with proper posh. Other spots--and trust me, y'all, I've been around the block and then some--either don't offer chrome or fail at actual execution.
Ask for Tin, who is both friendly and commendably knowledgeable about color. He was able to help me find a shade comparable to my Pinterest board "Nailin' It" pins.

I was very disappointed. I live in SC, went to Charlotte to spend the day with my cousin who was there from Cleveland Oh. It was a girls day out and we started with Divana Nail salon. My cousin is in Charlotte a lot and that is where she loves to go. She was treated like a queen and I was treated like a peasant. I paid for their deluxe pedicure and a was so disappointed that I did not get my nails done. I did tip her just because but I wish I hadn't. I didn't want to spoil my cousin's day.

They open at 9:30 but people showed up at 9:45AM.
They play techno music and appear to give off a modern vibe.
They offer beverages to guests.
They appear to not follow COVID safety protocols. Some staff have mask on but they are not on correctly or not on t all. So if you have a week immune system or care for someone who may I suggest giving this place.
They could benefit from an intensive cleaning company. It appears a bit dirty. Windows are clean the floor may need to be swept. When I use the restroom

Emily was GREAT! I will return because of her. The manager was really nice too. The only problem was one of the techs passed by me because I guess she didn't want to do my feet. I was the only black person getting a pedicure. She was rude too. But as I said Emily was great! She takes pride in what she does. She showed me different looks until I saw what I wanted.

I found this place on accident and I'm so glad I did. Tim and his crew are patient and understanding. The salon is clean. The techs are amazing and really share what is best for the customer vs. just trying to make a quick dollar. I normally get SNS and was going to get again...but the nail tech noticed ridges in my nails from a place that "drilled" the nails off and gave me great advice about how to get my nails to grow naturally. Excellent service. I will be returning in two weeks!

This is a newer nail salon in the Dilworth area off Providence. I believe it's the old location of Polished and many of the staff just turned over to work here when it moved and reopened as Divana. It's much bigger than you expect seeing it from the outside. It goes deep in there and there are over a dozen chairs and nail stations.
They take both walk-ins and reservations. I would suggest making a reservation, as you probably know you'll likely have to wait a little bit even if you have one. No exception here. However, regardless if they get you in right away or you have to wait

I dropped into Divana Nail Bar on a whim - just needing to get out of the house for a quick pick-me-up. There's nothing like a good mani to brighten your day. This place is wonderful, and my manicurist, Tin, was phenomenal. With no appointment I only had to wait a couple of minutes. Definitely needed that time anyway to ponder all the colors. They have sooooooo many. I couldn't decide on just one shade, so I opted for a tri-color SNS set. The results couldn't have been better - just stunning, and Tin was professional, cheerful, a delight to chat with - and speedy, too. Although it did not feel
