Way overpriced and never provided me with my end of service retainer retainer were sent to the wrong location then was told they would send them to my house 2Yrs later still no retainer....then now have audacity to lie about it and blame me stay away... after doing research I could of got the same service for 1/2 price somewere esle..the staff was friendly and nice but always changing to.

I would not go here. They're scam artist . I needed an orthodontic appliance removed and they wanted to charge me 780 dollars for something that uses a tool that costs 22.95 and takes 2 minutes to do. They couldn't explain the cost to me which indicates they're fully aware of their absurd business practices, I also wasted a hour of my life with this nonsense . 2 minutes of work for 780 dollars is about 22k per hour .

I brought my elementary school aged kids to see Dr I for their newly grown adult teeth that were coming in at all angles. Dr I has been correcting them without braces, and without over or up selling on non-needed procedures. I liked them so much that I am also getting Invisalign for my crooked smile. I am 6 months or so into it and see major results !

I've been going to Dr. I for the last year. He is such an amazing orthodontist and person. His energy and passion for his patients are felt during every visit. He is kind, generous and giving. My experience with i-Orthodontics was pretty negative. The office - and service - are great, but my criticism is that that comes at an extreme cost. The price they quoted me was a full 50% higher than another quote I received ($6.5k vs $4.2k). On top of this, when they emailed me a few weeks later to see why I hadn't moved forward, I explained this to them. I received no response. It's been over a week now, and no one has deigned to even reply to my email. I run a business, and the thought of simply not responding to a customer's complaint is appalling. It just reinforced my opinion

They are super quick and efficient. I received Invisalign, and four months later my teeth pretty much straightened out especially my two front teeth which were overlapping. They might not be as cheap as metal braces, but as an adult now Invisalign get the job done without the metal mouth.
The people that work at I-orthodontics are great and always happy. They must really enjoy the place they work at. As a customer, I really appreciate their kindness to me.

After some thorough research around the metro area, I decided to set a consultation with Dr. I to straighten my teeth. The entire process has been easier than I ever expected. Dr. I and his staff are welcoming and thorough and have always aimed for perfection. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a confident and beautiful smile.

I have NOTHING but FANTASTIC things to say about i-Orthodontics. This has been the best orthodontic experience I've had yet (braces in high school and Invisalign in College). They have affordable plans that fit within my budget. Dr. I and his assistants are very personable. No matter how busy, they give the same personal attention to each client. They were very flexible in scheduling throughout my entire pregnancy and after! I even received a postcard congratulating me on my new baby boy. I can't speak highly enough about i-Orthodontics! I was referred to Dr. I by my dentist so I could have my bottom teeth straightened. I wore braces back in my teenage years but neglected using my retainer and found myself sitting in an orthodontist chair again ten years later. Luckily, this time with Dr. I and his super friendly staff, I had quick impressions taken with an electronic wand, no more of the goopy trays that make you feel like your teeth are going to fall out. You would have to think that it would take a lot of work to get a five-star rating as an orthodontist, but after working with Dr. I and the amazing team at i-Orthodontics, you would think that it takes no effort at all. From scheduling to check-ups and adjustments, this group is kind, attentive and flexibile. They have the capacity to cater to their busy clients with the same personal attention you'd expect from your family's PCP. I can't speak highly enough of this group and am lucky that I am came across them after searcing for someone to make my smile perfect.

I began Invisalign treatment on July 18, 2013 and completed it on November 12, 2014. I never had braces so my treatment was supposed to last 36 months. iOrthodontics got me the results in 16 months, less than half the estimated time.

Can I give them 6 stars? Because I would. Just went in for my half-way point. They re-did my scans after 28 weeks to make new aligners for the second part of treatment.....BRILLIANT! I don't know if that's common practice but it should be. My new aligners fit like a glove and my teeth are looking awesome so far. Dr. I and his team are truly the best. I've had to reschedule several appts. over the last 6 months and they are always so understanding and accommodating and friendly. Still very happy with my decision to use i-Ortho for my Invisalign treatment.

Dr. I and his self-proclaimed "Dream Team" of beautiful young female assistants are nothing short of fantastic and professional at all times. Having finished my complete Invisalign treatment at the downtown office over the past two years, I couldn't be more satisfied with the results and glad I made the decision to have this provider complete my orthodontal work! Quality of treatment here is excellent. I have been very happy with the procedure.
Their cost accounting, not so much. I paid in full for my treatment. When I received the receipt for my payment/treatment, I notified the office that my out of pocket maximum from my insurance did not look correct. They called me back, said that they reverified my lifetime max (it was indeed incorrect) and I owed an additional payment based on that. 9 months later I got another call stating that they realized AGAIN that my lifetime maximum was actually STILL incorrect after the first correction and I now owed
