Leah is originally from Rock Valley, Iowa and made the move to Denver in March of 2019. She has learned a lot in her experience of over 6 years in customer service, but really enjoys everything that comes along with the patient process! Getting to see everyone transform through their orthodontic experience and getting to know all of our great patients and families are some of her favorite parts.
When you get new braces at Dietmeier Orthodontics, it is very important to learn how to properly take care of them so that they can last. It is important to know that damaged appliances will cause a greater treatment time for the patient. If the wires and bands loosen, or a piece of the appliance comes off, it is crucial that your orthodontist is contacted immediately so the issue can be resolved.

It was my first time at Dietmeier and I had a wonderful time! Prior to my appointment, I had a great call with their office to help me set it up. Everyone I met was so nice and made my visit a pleasant experience. Dr. Dietmeier was superb and gave me referrals for a local dentist. Dietmeier Orthodontics is the best dental experience I have ever had. My kids filled out their own paperwork upon becoming a new patients and they still call my daughter Trex as per her request. Everyone, I mean everyone in the office is stellar. The front desk personnel is beyond courteous and kind, the dental assistants are kind, talkative and compassionate and Dr. D never fails to be funny, kind and put a smile on my face as well as my kids. My daughter has had braces and her smile is beautiful. I would highly recommend this orthodontics office.

Dr. Dietmeier is an excellent orthodontist. Be careful, though. His office does NOT bill your dental insurance automatically. We didn't realize this, and after we finally asked them to file our claim, it was submitted so late that we were denied coverage. We were not able to recover most of the $1,100 othodontic coverage that our Delta Dental policy allowed.

I was in search for an ortho in the Denver area. I called this place, and the receptionist provided me with a "mean" phone call. I excused that. I was just asking basic questions, I decided IF you can't be nice... I am not going to be there. The reception gals need to lighten up and do their job. I am sure it was a bad day but really you are in the service in industry BE NICE! It was sad because my friend was really consistent on making me go here, but after a mean phone call, I went to some place where they appreciated my business.

This is such a good place. I lost my retainers during vacation and called the office to see if I could get new ones. Mind you I was a patient of a different orthodontist in Ohio and had not been to an office in 7 years. Dr. D. and his staff were super friendly and professional. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Picked up my new retainers in week. No hassle. No problem.

We are so happy here. We checked out 2 different orthodontists, both with great reviews and went with Dietmeier's more conservative approach. The other orthodontist wanted to do a 2-stage treatment on our sports crazy son with protruding front teeth and Dr. Dietmeier suggested just monitoring and waiting. How's a parent to know what's right? Our pediatric dentist said to go conservative. 3 years later our son still has 12 baby teeth to lose and has grown into those rabbit like teeth. We're so happy to have waited.
