Racist! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Post is going viral on Facebook of an employee yelling disgusting remarks at 2 men just disposing of trash. And ring a ding ding....it’s a white man yelling and harassing two hard working Hispanic men just minding their business doing their job! All I have to say is never will recommend and will be watching closely to see how this is handled.

I signed up with Rove for a year of service with quarterly appointments. The first year seemed to go fine. After year, I was allowed to cancel the service with 30 days notice. However, when I tried to cancel by giving 30 days notice, Rove decided to change the next service appointment to be within the 30-day window. I had service scheduled on May 31st and the next one should be around August 31st. After trying to cancel the service in July, Rove moved up the appointment to August 21st. I did not want the service, but they sent a technician anyway because "I was going to be charged anyway.
