Technician Matt was just out to my home for my annual rodent preventative maintenance (filling bait stations, setting traps, checking perimeter for entry points, etc.) - this is the second year in a row he's been out, and not only does he do a great job, quickly and professionally (that resulted in NO visible evidence of rodents last fall/winter) he's just an incredibly lovely person - personable, polite, funny and made a best friend in my dog. I called Mike for a consult on a bug issue. He was prompt in his responses and helped deescalate my anxiety over the problem. I didn’t end up using his services because he informed me of options that I could do myself, which I appreciate in a business and made me feel like he wasn’t out to charge me for something I didn’t need. Had a hornet and and problem. We called and Mike got back to us right away and came out the same week. He showed up on time and explained how the hornets and ants work (very knowledgeable) and how he was going to get rid of them. He also told us what to look out for in the next couple weeks and let him know if there is still any activity. I feel great about this place!! I am so happy to not have to worry about seeing hornets or ants anymore!

We had a bee hive in our back yard, which was concerning because we have a 2 year old who loves to be outside. After talking with Mike about our problem, he was at our home the next day to take care of our new problem. I would absolutely recommend Be There for any of your pest problems. They came with the impression that we would get a warranty for 90 days as long as there were no 'entry points' in the house - they 'didn't notice' until the 3rd time that there were suddenly entry points, so the 'warranty no longer applied.' Very interesting timing.
He seemed to put out poison, however, we waited over a month and we asked him to come back again, because nothing had changed. We started to feel like he wasn't putting out enough poison for the mice, and generally started to feel like this wasn't a good service.
