Services
Hugs Child Development Center is a fully licensed childcare facility. We would like to thank you for choosing us for your childcare needs. Hugs looks forward to entering into a partnership with you and your family to develop a foundation for your child's future. Part of building this partnership is daily communication between you, your child, and the staff at Hugs.
Children may not be sitting watching the news but they do see and hear it as they are playing in the house. At Hugs several of our children are asking our staff about what a virus is, what a protest is, why are buildings on fire. It is hard to explain why people do what they do, but much easier to explain the fantastic people who help those people.
The Idaho Child Care Program (ICCP) form is for parents that meet income eligibility for day care assistance through Idaho Health and Welfare. The Parent Handbook has important information such as tuition rates and day we are closed among other pertinent information for new parents and children. The parent registration form is needed before or the day of the child's first day of attendance.
Your child(ren) may not return if tuition is not paid (including $25.00 penalty) at drop off by the following day after due date. Reinstatement fee of $25.00 will be assessed on the third day from the due date if tuition is not paid in full. Tuition, penalty and reinstatement fee must be paid at drop off before your child(ren) may return.

Owner overstepping boundaries without consulting the parents and very poor attitude when talked to about it. Some of the employees are great while some play favorites and ignore or exclude certain children from things they are doing or something they are allowing other children to do. My son's will never be back here
