I called T&R after waiting over 2hrs for my insurance company to dispatch a towing company out. I was amazed at how quickly they showed up and transported my car to my desired location. They not only were fast, had great prices, they also had amazing customer service.

Getting towed is not high on my list of fun activities but Ronnie and his Dad were awesome! They answered the phone, told me what’s what, and then did exactly what they said they’d do. If you’re in need of a tow in this area, do yourself a favor and call these guys first.

Best towing service I have ever used by far! I called them with late notice and they came to get my car right away. They gave me updates on when they would arrive and charged less than others. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tow. No other company I called offered this level of professionalism and care.

I had to have my car towed and when I called T&R towing they were very professional and very nice prices were great compared to two other tow companies I called they came out right away Mary was very very nice great customer service I recommend this company and will be calling them if I need to in the future.😌

My car was as stolen and T+R recovered it. When I went down there to get it released to my insurance company they were beyond professional- super friendly and helpful. If you would have told me that I would enjoy going to a tow yard and would have spent a chunk of time talking and laughing, I wouldn't of believed you. These guys are fantastic!!!

I had a car abandoned from another repair shop and recovered by T & R. While it was a stressful situation, Ronnie was a complete professional. I had to wait several hours for my tow company to pick up the car and they never made me feel un-welcome. Ronnie and Ron we great guys to talk to and they took great car of my car and me. I'd give them more stars if I could. Thanks for everything,

The towing service is great! They responded quickly and got my vehicle towed. Where I went wrong was I needed a mechanic. T & R replaced my fuel pump. Unfortunately the fuel pump may be faulty because I'm now having issues with the fuel gauge. It reading incorrectly. It's been 3 weeks since I got my fuel pump replaced and I called them a week after and explained the issue I was having. They have offered to replace the fuel pump once again, because it was so fun getting it replaced last month. Only since the part is under warranty and the labor is not I would have to pay for the labor

I had my car towed here just a couple days ago! When I called they were super friendly and came right to my rescue in the rain. They had the car hooked up and took care of everything very promptly and professionally! They called me within a couple hours to tell me what was wrong! I called a couple places for quotes and they were by far the cheapest! They had my car done by the next morning at 9am! I wish I could give more than 5stars! I will never take my car to anyone else! You will not be disappointed trusting these guys!

Ronnie has numerous ads posted on Craigslist advertising tires. He promises multiple people the same product and then sells the item from under you. I went to the shop -he said he would be there from 8-4. I went out of my way to get cash (as requested) and arrived at two. He sent me away stating he had an appointment and couldn't do them that day but to come back the next morning and he would sell them to me. I got there at 10 as instructed and it Turns out; he told 3 other people the same thing. He sent 2 of us away $400 cash in hand; and no tires. I understand the formalities that occur

Carol dispatches the tow trucks and drivers. Carol was as warm and helpful as one can be over the phone, and this was in the aftermath of a March blizzard.
Carol was able to schedule a winch-out of my car which I had to abandon last night 30 miles from my eventual motel.
What a great service. Carol called me back and I was able to schedule an Uber to take me to my car and to meet the tow truck.
That way I do not have to wait for hours in the cold.
What a great commonsense approach to business.
And when the winch - flat bed truck arrived, the driver expertly dug my car out enough to
