After my car was towed by the city of Stamford, i had to pay for towing charges and ticket fees. No signs were posted on what the towing charges were. After inquiring about the bill; I was told by the front office ppl that my total bill was $250 ($200 in towing and $50 city of Stamford ticket fee). When I inquired about the $50 fees, I was simply told that the additional $50 fee was for the city of Stamford. Two months later I get a mail from the city for $240 as my ticket was never paid. Upon calling back, these guys completely put their hands up and said u gotta call the city. Ridiculous - terrible

The lady on the phone thinks she is doing a great service to humanity by taking your calls
The work estimate is never done final they repaired car you get back is poorly done. My car started making a lot of sound when we got it back. I took it back but no better.
i seriously feel they lack the skills of doing a good job.
Looks more like a scam between the insurance company assessor and the shop.
AVOID.
You reply that I was never your customer! So typical snobbish behavior, you did an incomplete un professional job.

One word to describe My Way Auto Body is AMAZING!! I had a lease that was unfortunately side swiped 3 days before I went to return it. I mean the drivers side back bumper and tail light were just wrecked! My dad recommended the shop because he had work done to his vehicle previously and he was very happy with the job they did. As for my opinion the car looked better when I picked it up from the shop than it did when I drove it off the dealership lot. I had an amazing experience with My Way Auto Shop. I had a fender bender on a lease car which was due to be returned in a weeks time. I shopped for multiple auto body shop to help get the car fixed at a decent time in order for me to return the car prior to the lease date of return. Only My Way came through and was able to provide the services needed on a timely basis. From taking care of the insurance process to the rental and finally returning the car back to me 3 days prior to my lease end date. I had a great experience with Myway auto body. After contacting my insurance company and starting a claim, I dropped off my vehicle for repairs and they handled everything with the insurance company. I didn’t have to worry about anything! When I picked up my vehicle, It looked brand new again and it was nice and clean! No hassle, high quality work and great customer service.

My husband was going up Hope Street where a texting driver hit his pickup squarely on the right passenger side as he was making a right turn into a business.....WHY????

I just want to say My Way Auto Body is the best in town. I recently had my SUV there for repairs and they were super helpful in dealing with my insurance company. Clarissa & Melanie were friendly and professional. They helped me through all the steps. And TJ was great going to bat for me when my insurance company didnt want to pay for necessay scans. He did them anyway citing my safety. I would highly recommend them for any auto repairs. Their work is exemplary. And they have an adorable german shepard to boot!!

They do a great job considering they are the go between myself and a insurance company that does not want to pay for anything.Plus the dealer they had to order the parts from supplied the wrong parts twice. No big deal. They kept me well informed!!!!
My friend in the car business at a high end brand looked at the final repairs for me and said that the paint work was perfect and they did a great job matching the original color and finishing the edges to perfection.

The quality of work performed on my automobile was top notch. I did have a snafu during the process, but the front office and back office staff quickly made it right without inconvenience to me.
Excellent communication from the client facing staff and the quality of the work delivered by the technicians exceeds what is commonly found from area Body Shops.
My Way isn't a low cost repair shop, but good work is not cheap either.

I purchased my car at Stamford ford. I asked if they knew where I can get strobes installed on my vehicle in Stamford as I figured why not get it all set up since the get go. Well they told me they did, and the quote originally over 2k, I said OK, lets do this. When it was time to pay, they dropped it almost 1k, not by my request in all fairness to me, but I think they knew something crappy was done! Since I got my car, headlight, moisture due to poor installation, tailight moisture due to poor installation. and even one of the strobes has moisture due to crappy equipment. I didn't ask

Can't say enough good things about them! The entire crew made me feel like family. The work was top quality and they handled everything thru insurance. When I asked about another car they gave free advice and didn't try to take advantage of me. Luckily haven't needed much repair work over the years but if I ever need any work done, no one is touching my car except My Way.

SCAM! my car was towed from my apartment building while I was out of town, when I called them to pick it up their henchmen told me the payment had to be CASH ONLY. When I arrived I told him I had to cash and that I had to pay credit card. After he got angry with me and we had a loud back-and-forth he made a fake phone call to hiss boss (he didn't realize that his home screen was on his iphone as he was faking the dialog) and he said its OK for me to pay with a card $350.00. It all made sense after I did research and found this out they have been convicted of loan-sharking before...

Absolute worst experience I've ever had with a company. They are rude and treat you like a criminal, even if your car was towed due to a car accident (that wasn't even your fault!). If you're having a bad day and need your car towed for whatever reason, pick anyone else. This company will be sure to make your day even worse.
I bet the positive reviews for this company are from the employees themselves trying to help their yelp score. Don't believe it.
