Talked down to me like I was a child and yelled at me. Asked questions but didn’t take the time to listen to what was being told back and when we had a miscommunication about information raised her voice and talked in a unprofessional manner to the client. It was so loud and disturbing my coworkers could hear her over the phone in our office and they apologized to me for having to be talked to like that. I found another company on my own and got better rates than mentioned by her and closed on my house today despite the negative feeling I got from this representative. Additionally spoke negatively
