My son and I are patients at Franklin Dental and Health. This group is outstanding across the board. They provide the most up-to-date treatment with compassion. They make sure we fully understand any procedures necessary to our care, while addressing any concerns we may have. I've never looked forward to dentist appointments, but I don't have anxiety about going to Dr. Franklin.

This was the 1st time in my life that it was awesome to be at the dentist!! You all were very patent, kind and with true caring for your patient!! Loved it!! Dr Franklin you are the 1st dentist I have seen that knew my chin was numb and why!! I was very impressed! Thank you all ! Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!

Peggy is the best she makes the whole cleaning process feel like your just laying in the chair!! Dr. Franklin has the best chair side manor. Love coming here from the moment you walk through the door your welcomed and treated like your part of the family. The whole staff is wonderful! Only thing I miss is the don’t have the in house payment plan that was a very handy option for our household. But we understand times have changed.

Went to the dentist today and had a tooth removed! Dr. Brandon did an awesome job! I would recommend him to anyone who has United healthcare insurance dual complete. I really didn't have a lot of pain because he took his time and believe me when I say she was as stubborn as me 😂 but he kept me pain free!! THANK YOU DR.BRANDON!! Looking forward to my next visit.

I was pleasantly surprised by not only how friendly the entire staff was but also the amount of professionalism they all exhibited. By the time I left I felt very comfortable like I had been there many times. From having the exam, getting the Novacaine to the extraction was a good experience. Thanks Dr. Franklin and your staff. My daughter and I had our first appointments as new patients today. Everyone was super friendly! I've had some bad dental experience in the past, so I was a little nervous going in, but it was unnecessary. Dr. Franklin was great, and my daughter and I both loved our hygienists. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and took the time to answer any questions. I'd highly recommend Franklin Dental to anyone.
