Whenever we think of getting fit, mobility is easy to forget about until it is a problem. Our daily lives are filled with so many things that affects our posture and our movements that some area become tight and others become weak creating imbalances that cause discomfort and pain. My love for health and fitness started when I was young. Today, I've been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession. Since 2000 I've been working as a qualified trainer in the San Francisco area, guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle. Through working with a diverse group of clients, I've come to realize that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle.

Amber is an amazing fitness trainer. I was struggling with finding a way to lose weight and get ready for my time in the military. She tailored my fitness schedule to exactly what I needed. It was difficult, but she made me understand why it was the way it was. I would easily recommend her to anyone looking to get into the military or to simply get into shape.

Amber Cato has been a great personal trainer for me. She is very aware of my body's needs, and works to help me achieve my goals. Amber is very friendly, and keeps me motivated to continue moving forward. She uses different techniques to give me both the weight training and cardiovascular exercise that I require. The workouts are kept interesting by her use of a variety of routines, and not always keeping them the same. She is flexible in working with your schedule as well. I highly recommend her to help you get into shape as well!
