Our leadership team has active roles in the AIA Rhode Island Chapter, mentorship and community redevelopment, government advocacy, education, and public outreach. As a firm, we emphasize caring for children both globally and locally through investment, design, and volunteerism.

Such contributions include Adopt-a-Child, Cradles to Crayons, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, Thanksgiving Basket Food Drive, Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Association, and Saran Foundation for ALS, and Dana Farber Cancer Institute.Eric is the founding Principal of ZDS and a lead contributor to the firm's continuing success.

Meh Design. This one-note uninspiring design firm is (unfortunately) responsible for many recent building developments in Providence, particularly on the East Side. While there has been an occasional decent result, there have been many "misses". They seem to be most concerned with maximizing profits for the developers who hire them and often choose cheap materials which do not blend well with their surroundings and which will soon look very dated.
