Due to the fact that I need to relocate to the Tacoma area no later than 5/2/2022, I decided to call & request info. over the phone, to see if I could have the office mail me an application in the mail, along with some info. so that I could consider whether or not I should move there or not. The woman who I talked to, was extremely rude & unprofessional, and refused to help me over the phone! For what it was worth, she told me that I would not be able to move in when I needed to & that I would have to get help from Pierce County for help with housing instead, never mind the fact that I live long

I've been a resident at Villa Capri since 2013. When I moved in the office manager was unresponsive to tenants' needs and requests, inattentive to the condition of the property, aloof and unpleasant, unconcerned with issues that arose and generally disliked by the majority of the community.
That all changed when COLLEEN GREEN arrived a few years ago. She has been a vigorous resident advocate since day 1. She consistently tends to issues and problems immediately as they arise. When maintenance is needed it's taken care of right away. She has somehow managed to make the entire complex more peaceful

If Zero stars was an option I would have. All the reviews are accurate, been here 2 years and 2 different units. multiple break ins and robberies routinely. Onsite Management has zero care towards tenants and only seem to BOTHER us when they need something. Communication between all levels of management seem to be null. The MOLD is a real problem and they will try to hide it any way possible. Fix your camera system so you can address all the illegal dumping on site. fix the cameras so you can see which DRUNK tenants are sleeping in and vandalizing your laundry rooms, as well as see the people breaking

Stay away from here! The manager Bobbi is a lying witch who enforces the rules based on who she likes and doesn't like. She's majorly unprofessional and yells at her staff and is very condescending to residents. The buildings are not kept up and the outside doors are broken so they can't be locked to keep homeless people from sleeping in the hallways. People leave trash all over the place and pee in the buildings. Drug deals go down all the time and gun shots are a regular occurrence. I've had to call the police so many times. Smoking is prohibited in your lease but the manager
