Located in Old Town Bay St Louis, Renewing Touch Therapies strives to help clients feel and live better through the healing properties of therapeutic massage. Rachel Le Louis Bidwell (MS LMT #1847) has been drawn to massage as far back as she can remember. Wanting to refine her intuitive gift of touch, she received her Associates Degree in Applied Science from Virginia College, focusing on Massage Therapy.

In 2011 she opened Renewing Touch Therapies Day Spa. Together with LMT 2232, nail technician Caress Martinez and Licensed Esthetician Brittany Gill, they provide relaxing, healing treatments personalized just for you. Whether if therapeutic or for simply relaxation, Rachel does amazing work! She helped me with sciatica issues, those icky stress knots you get in your neck and shoulders, even when I had a tendon problem in my foot.

I love massages - the very best I think I’ve ever had is from Rachel. I plan to travel round trip 4 hours regularly just to get her treatment. The staff is awesome and the vibe is relaxed and fun.

First of all the esthetic of the place is so cute I loved walking in Brittany and Rachel are amazing I felt like I was with friends. The deep tissue was so amazing I was in so much pain before I went in. And I love the dermaplaning. I cant wait to go again!
