After more than a decade at ANSYS as the lead applications engineer in the Bay Area, I decided to do more and do things a bit differently. Provide full solutions - We focus on solving your problems, from conceptual design space exploration to simulation results validation, we are not done until you've found your solution.
Many wireless systems starts with an off the shelf antenna such as a chip, PCB or dipole antenna. Typically, you won't know how well it is going to work until the full system prototype is done. Then you find out it isn't quite as good as you'd hoped. Low communications data rate, high power use, mysterious dropped connection are some of the issues systems engineers struggle with.
Singularity Engineering is the unique provider for the full suite of PCBA reliability simulation solutions. We combine the powerful solution capability of ANSYS Mechanical with the ease of use and rich dataset of DFR Sherlock to help customers tackle DFM (Design for manufacturability) and DFR (Design for reliability) concerns early on in the design process.
Electronics get hot. We help you figure out the best way to cool it through convection, conduction and radiation. Electronics assemblies can be exceedingly complex systems. Having the right tools means you can tackle problems efficiently and get accurate results to ensure your devices' expected performance.
Making sure your device is durable is one of the most basic goals for every mechanical engineer. In the electronics industry we move fast and this puts a lot of pressure on the traditional design-prototype-test process. With simulation we can predict the durability. This helps you save money on prototypes and speed up your development time.
