They turned the water off in my apartment unit and now I’m without water. They claimed that the issue would be resolved before the weekend, here it is Friday night and I doubt that’s going to happen. It’s freezing outside and the heat in my apartment does not work. So I’m without water and heat. They left a note on each tenant’s door explaining that the water would be turned on from 7am and 7 pm. This is the second time that this has happened! The resident portal is down for the begin of the month and they that have a problem when I can't pay my rent and tack on a extra 100 because their own website doesn't work! Why am I bending over backwards to try and give them my money so that they don't evict me! Very disappointing and the office is a revolving door. I've been here for 4 years and the only thing that stays constant is how much they don't care about you.

I am a former resident that have been trying to get in contact with the people here for the past few weeks now. I have mentioned to more than one employee that I was wrongfully billed, now that bill is on my credit. I don’t understand how the bill went to the creditors when I have a receipt of me paying the bill. This bill going on my credit is now in the way of me trying to refinance my car. My last bill from them was due in April and was paid in April. This should have been taking care of, and should not be taking this long for someone to handle it.

Great area and a nice neighborhood. However, the apartment we got has a lot of issues. To name a few to spare you the laundry list: The heater having been disabled due to a gas leak from two years ago. Which wasn't fixed in that two year timespan...yeah. The A/C doesn't work properly either, which is bad due to Savannah being a very hot city. The dishwasher doesn't work and the garbage disposal leaks. And to top it all off, my roommate had to get utilities settled in 24 hours, when they couldn't get these repairs made in TWO WHOLE YEARS. So far the only thing they've fixed is the shower which had

Very spacious. The staff is great!! Only problem is the people upstairs who is obnoxiously noisy all the time, and makes living here very miserable since they moved above us in February. Looking to move because we're paying too much to not have peace in our own home. It's really ridiculous and is affecting our mental health.

Just moved in and so far, it's delightful. It has well maintained lawns and pet friendly. The staff, Lisa, Jennifer and Joey go way beyond what is expected. The staff will receive your packages if you're out and it's like having your own business center on premises. Haven't been here long enough for a 5*, but wait on it.
