This is my first travel assignment and I had a really great experience getting set up on a last minute travel assignment to go home to help out my family. Dawn from credentials was so helpful making sure I always had a point of contact to reach out to for any questions or concerns along the way. She was very timely on her responses and made sure I had all the stuff I needed to get started.

Ascend has been a great travel nursing company to work with so far. The application process was easy and Dawn in credentialing has been amazing with getting everything in line for me to start my contract on time. My recruiter Amber has not reached out to me regarding any assignments. She does not stay in contact with me at all regarding available positions, and when I do speak to her, which is bare minimum, she states she will call me back to discuss jobs and of course she never calls me back. She has not been a good recruiter to me at all.

The pay is great but most of all the compassion, respect and willingness to go the extra mile for its employees and assignments are absolutely pricless... This has been A great experience working with his company so far. The recruiter Robyn and the credentialing professional Dawn have made this such a smooth stress-free process. They have both been extremely receptive and punctual and getting back and responding to messages. They helped get my contract in and all my documentation in in a timely manner. Everything has just been so smooth from setting up the drug test and the physical to actually my first day of work it’s been a great company I have no complaints!!!

Very horrible staffing! I worked here for about a month! NaTia is a very unprofessional women! She is very disrespectful! And hangs up in your face! While yelling at yu! I pray she doesn’t keep this job! Half of the time when yu call! Yu Hear a lot of children in the background yelling and crying! NaTia is just very unprofessional and needs to be fired! This company is horrible!
