This business absolutely failed me as a small business owner. Gail Newton often wouldn’t answer our emails without having to push through either a phone call or by contacting the generic company email address. We dropped off our paperwork in March for our January and February accounts. We sent her an email to authorize her access to our Quickbooks accounts also in March/April. Today, July 16th, we finally picked up our paperwork after she has done exactly NOTHING for 4 months. She didn’t even read the 2 emails we sent last week stating that if she had not done anything with our accounts, then
