I would have given a 0 but the site made me choose one star. When they were in their old downtown Huntsville office they were decent. When they moved to the new location a few years ago the business has went down hill. They don’t care about time lines and believe me they are quite rude. The only person in this business that has any regards for other people is Mary. The others are rude and you never see Mark so please take this review serious and go somewhere else.

This is the SORRIEST excuse for an Accountant on Planet Earth. His Firm makes huge mistakes and then Mark Holman basically tells you "tough luck". One of his Lead Tax Prep people ignored e-mails and voice mail messages from me for SIX months when there was a problem with my 2014 taxes. Meanwhile, $3,000 plus in penalties and taxes built up. DON'T USE THIS FIRM FOR ANY REASON.
