There is a pill Shortage in the United States and I thought they just wasn't keeping in stock what a 11 script Customer gets every 28 days.A Regular Customer.1 of theM is my Pain medicine.I said well I guess I have go somewhere else if you can't get them in until Wednesday.Not knowing there is NO Pharmacy in MD taking in Patient's.You think they would have told me that not well we get delivers everyday and Wednesday the soonest.So I call 88 pharmacys call Masters back and they said sorry now you got wait 14 days.Even though they just said they order every day they be there Wednesday!!! I Stuck

I am a cancer patient as well as suffer from chronic pain from a line of duty injury I was told my medicne would be ready on the 1st I called this morning they sold the medicne to a different person knowing I would be out on the first not to mention they shorted me 6 pills of one of my other pain medications and wont do anything about it I now have to go from frederick to Baltimore to get the medicne I need any time I called over the past few days both pharmacists have been extremely rude to me about it

Friendly staff. Very fast refills. Usually within few minutes waiting time. Better than those big box pharmacies like CVS, Walmart, and worst of them all Rite Aid/Walgreens; as most may be aware wait times at the big box pharmacies are very long. Had an issue with Rite Aid across the street, came here, and won't be going anywhere else for a while!

I must say, they impressed me the 1st couple of times I went there. Had what I needed and cont'd that for 2-3 months after. Now, every time I go, I'm told check back in 2 weeks. Now, if youre a pharmacy who's got regular patients, you should make sure you have those people's scripts ea month, instead of doing, I guess, a 1st come 1st serve basis. Nothing against the employees because they're extremely nice, but that doesn't fill my scripts. I just want a pharmacy to do what they say theyre gonna do, when they say they're gonna do it.. Don't think thats too much to ask for, honestly

Very friendly staff. I had a few prescriptions that I had already tried to fill at other pharmacies; they didn't have but Master's did. The pharmacist was so helpful. Highly recommend this pharmacy. They also carry over the counter things like aspirin, cough drops, etc. I didn't have to wait long for the pharmacist to fill them. All my prescription will be filled there from now on. Service with a smile.

The staff is extremely friendly. We recently lost our pharmacy due to it closing down and with how hard it is to find a reliable pharmacy these days I was very nervous about having to start over at a new pharmacy after 6 years of using the same one. The woman pharmacy tech was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure to help us to feel welcomed. The main pharmacist was also great. They made our transition very easy and with the least amount of stress as possible. This will definately be our new family pharmacy and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly reliable environment

So happy we found this pharmacy... I’ve only been there once so far but he will definitely be my pharmacy of choice for my monthly prescriptions From here on out. The owner is very polite and respectful and always willing to connect and help his customers on a personal level. I would way rather support his small business then some large chain retailer.

Best pharmacy!!! Very friendly. Always have every medication I have ever had to fill. Very quick with filling medications. I transferred all my families prescription here over 8 months ago. I haven't yet had a problem. I highly recommend this place. I have now moved over an hour away and I still remain with them because they are worth the drive. Friendly faces every time I go. They really do make you feel like family. I can't say enough good things about them. Very happy customer here.
