One of the male staff who has a foreign accent answered the phone in extremely rude manner. He was unprofessional and very condescending becoming very defensive by simply asking him a question about other services. He went as far as saying there's nothing he can do for me and there's no one else who can help. Taking time to genuinely listen and even being open to review & assess a potential candidates' resume would be great and seems like a given considering their services. His remarks and attitude were very unnecessary. Considering someone who is employed but who was hoping to explore other options
