If you're not completely satisfied with our employee's performance during the first four hours, we will release and replace that employee at no charge to you. Our Temp-to-hire option is an excellent way to preview a candidate's skill-sets before you commit to making a long-term job offer. All Future Force associates are personally interviewed, skills tested, and reference checked.
The cost to you will vary based on several factors including account volume, workers' comp costs, and lead time for our staffing managers. Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately after we are provided with the details regarding the position.

Future Force is one of the best temp to hire agencies around. I had the pleasure to meet Helen and Henry. They where both very professional and got me a position the same week I applied. However, it didn't work out for me but I have to say they do have competitive pay and are friendly and professional.

Where do I begin explaining how grateful and what a pleasure it has been working with Henry as my Future Force Personnel job recruiter. Very courteous and receptive to our needs as we continue to wait for the right and perfect employment opportunity as they continue to search for one that fits our needs. I tried this staffing agency out because I do security and just wanted some extra income to save up for a rainy day or to get things that I wanted without really touching my main paycheck and leaving that check for the bills so I gave them a chance. But the companies they have contracts for are horrible! I know not all companies are good companies but the way that they run things are very unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous. This company pretty much sends you anywhere to work and the jerks that you work for will literally not give you a chance to learn the job and act as if they are paying

Give you empty promises, they tell you about their false future job openings to get you in to work for low pay. You don't get holiday pay but they charge the company you go to work for holiday pay. They only have low end work that's suitable for the ex cons they have working for them. All the reviews that are favorable are written by people in the office not actual employees.
