We recently moved out of our residence, and hired Lady Maids for a moving cleaning. They deep cleaned the refrigerator, oven and cabinets. It was worth every penny. They did an excellent job, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them

My roommate and I used Lady Maids after moving into a new apartment recently and we were so pleased with the results! The Cleaners were punctual, thorough, and very nice. She paid extra attention to the things we asked for and left us with a lovely, clean apartment. We will definitely be using Lady Maids again in the future.

We just finished renovating the house and it was a mess. You know the feeling where you don't know where to start? Everywhere, all you see is dust and mess. I gave up until my friend told me about Lady Maids. I called them and right there and then they provided me with an instant quote for cleaning the whole house. They were life saver. Lady Maids is a quick, easy service if your home needs a little pick-me-up. I noticed that my wife and I were running behind on house work. With three kids, its hard to find the time to keep up. I heard about Lady Maids from a friend who had used them a few times before, so i decided to give it a try, I was able to schedule an appointment within minutes! Lady Maids came to my house and took care of everything on their own.. left my house spotless! I'll be sure to used this service for a quick cleaning every once in a while. Lady Maids will not disappoint. Highly recommended!

I've been using Lady Maids for almost a year now and have had a great experience with the cleaning service
I subscribe to the monthly basic cleaning and it's definitely money well spent. I come home once a month to a spotless apartment (No hair anywhere!) If you're new to a cleaning service definitely request them and you won't be disappointed.

We have used Lady Maids for over a year, and they are great! They are always on time and do a very thorough job. We have had different individuals doing the actual cleaning, and all have been efficient and courteous. In addition, they are very willing to go the extra step on problem areas. In addition they are very respectable of our time and property. Heartily recommend!!

This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a cleaning company. My normal cleaning people cancelled so I hired them in a pinch. They were outrageously expensive but they were able to schedule me so fine. When I got home, I couldn't even tell it had been cleaned. All of my mirrors were streaked and everything looked exactly the same. Then I discovered that my garbage disposal was busted because the cleaner had left it on. I addressed this with the guy who answers the phone and he insisted that she didn't do it. I insisted that she did because she absolutely did and he

THESE GUYS DO A GOOD JOB.
On my job they were very responsive and went the extra mile to get the job done right by adding an extra person when they realized that the scope of the work was larger than anticipated. They are nice people and seem to sincerely want to do right by the customer. This was a pretty big job. I pointed out a few minor spots that they missed and they immediately took care of them. I feel like I have a new house! I would definitely recommend them and would use them again. Thanks Lady Maids!

Had a fantastic cleaning with Lady Maids! The ease of booking online is so clutch and she left our home sparkling and faintly smelling of fresh lemon =) The floors looked and smelled great!
Lady Maids is a bit more expensive than the other budget options in the area, but there really is a noticeable difference in quality. I'm a big fan!

I am so FRUSTRATED.This is as unprofessional as it gets.
I set up an appointment with them 7 days earlier to make sure I get the slot. First of all the appointment was set up and I was asked my email address to send a confirmation. I never received a confirmation, I called them at least 4-5 times to make sure I receive a confirmation, I even sent an email from my side to their email id to make sure they received my correct email address.I never did.I think e-mail works for all of us except you guys.

I used this lady for my house cleaning. She was horrible. She asked me more money for deep cleaning and she refused to clean certain things. There was dust everywhere and when I told her and she gave me attitude. She said she'd bring her own cleaning products but she took and used all of my products without asking me. She refused to make the beds and was very rude.
I hired her after reading some of the good reviews on Yelp but now I realize that some of these may be paid reviews. She offered me a $20 discount on next service for a good review on Yelp. I will never ever hire this lady again

I take care of my handicapped Mom, and I myself am handicapped. I decided to do a search for house cleaning near my area. I found Lady Maids in my town. They had a 3-4 star rating except for one person. On thier website they have a questionnaire for estimates which I filled out. I got a call back from Jocelyn and further described what I needed done. She quoted me a fair amount for her services and took my address and booked a Friday time (Today) of 1:00PM. Time came and went without a visit, or phone call. I have been using different cleaning services for about 20 years. Each time I move I dread having to find a new service. However, I feel I got lucky this time with Lady Maids. Josselyn who runs Lady Maids is fantastic, she comes out each time to explain to her service person exactly what needs to be done and how it should be done at my apartment so even if different individuals do the work, the service is very consistent for my every other week service. I've had issues in the past where depending on who cleaned your place on any given week, the results greatly varied.
