Prior to visiting Golden Gem Jewelry, we actually visited another well-known jewelry store (one that you hear/see the commercial for all the time on the TV….) but had a terrible experience there, especially compared to the experience we had here at Golden Gem Jewelry. From the get-go, Jennifer and Belinda were absolutely phenomenal. They took their time explaining the different characteristics of a diamond, settings, etc. I was overwhelmed by the amount of choices that had to be made but Belinda and Jennifer were so helpful in narrowing it down to the perfect ring. I've been going to Jenny for almost 30 years. She is honest and takes very well care of her customers. She takes the time to listen to what you want. The staff is Amazing and Family owned. Wouldn't go anywhere but to her. Thank you.
