We have been going to Kimpo for the past 11 years and working with (Christine, Mel and Eric). I came in looking for some jewelry before heading out to dinner with some friends and came across this place. It's located inside of a jewelery mart and this was the most happening counter (even on a Sunday!). All the sales associates (Eric, Christine and Mel) were welcoming, friendly and let me shop at my own pace. It's really aggravating when you go to places and they're super pushy trying to make a sale, but they let me take my time viewing their merchandise even though I had no idea what I wanted. I needed a silver ring with a bezel set iolite sized up to a 11.5 from a 10. My usual jeweler declined to do the sizing due to the fragile nature of iolite, so I stopped into this shop to see what they could do. The gentleman who assisted me said they could do the sizing, and informed me of the bad things that could happen to the fragile iolite. In the end, my ring was successfully sized, the iolite undamaged, and honestly looked better than when I brought it in. This is a friendly, informative and honest shop. Very honest and nice. Christine and Eric was really helpful even waited after closing so i can pick up the ring. Although it was not an expensive job, their attention to detail, patience to explain all the possible pitfalls of sizing 22k gold, and excellent jeweler's craftsmanship made the delicate gold ring the right size without taking out all the original factory inscriptions on the inside. I would highly recommend them due to their in knowledge and honesty.

I've been getting my "real" jewelry from for years. Heck...my relationship with Eric, Melanie, and Christine has lasted longer than some of my romantic relationships.
